Excellent hotel! Guest relations Inga are the best!
Amazing, unexplainable.
This was my best resort in my life, because of the staff members, waiters/waitresses, entertainment team, guest relation staff especially from Inga.
Good hotel
We are here for 12 days and everything is nice many varieties of foods in restaurant and snack bar during the day clean rooms and entertainment is perfect with their Friday party night shows and especially pool games around the pool so we will be back for sure

Amazing 5 Star Hotel !!!
We retuned back to the Royal Holiday Palace and was again amazed at the quality of this Hotel. It truly reflects a 5 star hotel. The location is great and walking distance to the shops and entertainment. The staff are very attentive, also asking if we wanted more drinks and helping us with our 2 year old. The hotel is very clean and tidy, you would see the cleaners constantly cleaning. The restaurant has a lot of choice and the food always tasted great. Having been to many hotels in Turkey, we must point out the restaurant staff. They great you with a smile and always go the extra mile. We also felt very safe with the 24/7 Security. Shout out to Hakan from Security who was very proactive and attentive, helping us keep an eye on our little girl.
