We had a wonderful stay at Miracle Resort Hotel! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and hardworking throughout our holiday.
A special thank you to the Indonesian staff in the restaurant, who provided excellent service every day.
We would also like to give special recognition to the lovely lady driving the little train from the Mini Club team. She did an amazing job all week, always smiling and taking such good care of the children. She truly made our holiday extra special!
Thank you, Miracle Resort, for a fantastic family holiday. We hope to return soon!

An Extraordinary Stay at Miracle Resort!
Our time at Miracle Resort was truly wonderful from start to finish. The hotel is absolutely stunning, pristine, and maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness throughout. The entire team made us feel very welcomed, and the overall hospitality was top-tier. Every meal was a culinary delight, offering incredible variety, high quality, and exquisite flavors. The only small suggestion we have regarding dining concerns the drink service system: we felt it would be much more convenient and efficient if guests could self-serve their beverages. Having to wait in line behind people taking a long time to order often created unnecessary delays. Adjusting this concept would make the experience even more seamless and enjoyable! The resort’s grounds are magnificently designed, featuring gorgeous, expansive pools with ample sunbeds, creating a refined and relaxing atmosphere. The beach is equally impressive—clean, beautiful, and inviting, with wonderful daytime activities and memorable evening entertainment. Despite that small detail, Miracle Resort truly lives up to its name, and we would love to return in the future!
