This unique and impressive hotel is situated right on Lara beach, just outside Antalya, the largest resort city in Turkey. Ideal for guests of all ages, the hotel offers a special kid's club with different activities for different age groups as well as a teen lounge, so parents may relax with some time for themselves. There is no shortage of entertainment as the hotel has facilities and services to suit any taste, including a spa and fitness centre, tennis courts, a video game centre, waters sports from windsurfing to jet skiing, free diving lessons in the pool, and daily entertainment and night shows. The hotel's stylish rooms are ample and air-conditioned with a free mini-bar and balcony or terrace in each room, while every need is catered for in the hotel's many restaurants including a buffet-style restaurant with a separate diet buffet. This hotel offers the perfect retreat for those seeking a holiday full of adventure and sporting, or a fun family holiday by the sea.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
This is my second stay at the Kremlin Palace Hotel in Antalya.
Today, at around 3 p.m., we decided to go and try the pancakes at the TSAR TENT, which is located right by the sea.
There were three women working there. One of them was serving customers by placing the already prepared, sliced pancakes onto the large serving plates. Each plate had a sign indicating exactly which filling the product contained.
We joined the general queue and waited for several minutes. When it was finally our turn, the same woman who was serving the prepared food, for some reason, stopped serving the customers in the queue and instead started serving several Turkish customers. She was speaking to them in her native language, and these people had not been standing in the general queue at all.
She served three people in this way, completely ignoring those of us who were waiting in the queue. We were standing there with empty plates in our hands, looking around and watching as she warmly and pleasantly communicated with people of her own nationality, while completely ignoring the customers who had been waiting in the general queue.
We felt discriminated against because we could neither draw her attention to what was happening nor explain the situation to her, as she did not understand English.
This woman’s attitude completely spoiled what had otherwise been a pleasant impression of our holiday. We believe that the hotel management should pay more attention to the selection and supervision of staff if they want guests from different countries and nationalities to feel welcome and respected.
Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, especially during our second stay at the Kremlin Palace, and we sincerely hope that the hotel management will take this matter seriously.
Hello, I stayed at your hotel last week. I would like to thank you for the hotel service, the good behavior of the staff, the excellent service, the very good bar and cafe. And the cleanliness and proper behavior of the kids club. Thank you for booking the a la carte restaurant and for having a good experience. I wanted to leave a comment in the public space, but I didn't know where to leave a message so that others could see my opinion.
located away from shops bars and restaurant taxi or bus needed to leave hotel too dangerous a road to walk. Guests were mainly russian, turkish and german only a handful of british guests. Atmosphere more geared to russian and german. Entertainment average, food repetitve and did not much taste. Staff were friendly and aporoachable Rooms were very dated. Rated 4 star plus I would rate at average 3 star, poor value for money paid.
We had a fantastic time Food was fantastic and staff were amazing
⭐ My Review – 2.5/5
The resort has a beautiful location, with a lovely beachfront, green surroundings, and a pleasant overall atmosphere. The pools, beach, entertainment, activities, and facilities are among the strongest points, and there is plenty to do throughout the day. The resort has a lively and family-friendly atmosphere, although it can become quite busy during peak periods.
Unfortunately, during my stay, the housekeeping service was not good enough. The room cleaning and attention to detail did not meet the standard I expected, and this was one of the main reasons for my rating.
Overall, the resort has excellent potential, a great location, beautiful surroundings, good entertainment, and many activities, but the inconsistent housekeeping and some shortcomings in room quality and service affected my experience.
