Outstanding Family Resort – One of the Best in Antalya
Our stay at IC Hotels Green Palace & Villas was exceptional from the moment we arrived until the day we left. Everything exceeded our expectations.
The resort is beautifully maintained, with stunning gardens, spacious villas, excellent pools, and a fantastic beach. The entertainment program was enjoyable for both adults and children, with plenty of daily activities and professional evening shows.
The food was outstanding. There was a wide variety of delicious dishes every day, and the quality, freshness, and presentation were excellent. The restaurants and snack areas offered something for everyone, making every meal enjoyable.
What truly makes this resort special is its staff. Every member of the team was welcoming, friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay.
This was not our first experience with the IC Hotels group. We stayed for two consecutive years at IC Hotels Santai Family Resort in Belek, which is why we chose another IC Hotels property with confidence. Once again, the service exceeded our expectations.
I would especially like to thank Nergiz from the Guest Relations team. She is kind, professional, caring, and always ready to assist. She is truly a great asset to this resort, and her dedication reflects the high standards of IC Hotels.
I would also like to thank EMRE from the restaurant. He was always friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. His positive attitude made every dining experience even more enjoyable.
Without a doubt, IC Hotels Green Palace & Villas will be our first choice whenever we visit Antalya, and we are already looking forward to returning.
Highly recommended for families looking for luxury, excellent service, outstanding food, and unforgettable memories.
Amazing time
Had an amazing time and sorry to be leaving in the next few days. Excellent food and staff in the hotel. The entertainment team do a great job too, especially Nezir and the darts squad.
Great place for family vacation
Our stay at IC Green Palace & Villas was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt truly welcomed and cared for.
We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the Reception Team, especially ms Tugce Karli, for the warm welcome, professionalism, and willingness to help with every request. The organization of sleeping space was done very quick and professional.
A special thank you goes to the Guest Relations Team, especially Valeria and Nargiz, for the exceptional attention, kindness, and genuine care throughout our stay. The hotel's really good.
Hello. We are amazed of the vacation we're having. Everything's perfect- the food, the staff (especially Esma- she's the best- she's a really nice company). Thank you for the experience.
Nice but not 4* / strict waterslides rules ruin kids holiday
Just returned from a week stay. Nice hotel to walk around lovely pools etc but 5 year old left disappointed on first day as the waterslides have very strict 120cm height restrictions! Been to Turkey 20+ times and never known a hotel to have such strict rules in place. He normally goes on slides and deep pools wearing his swim jacket which keeps him a float and helps him swim but this hotel says forbidden, very bizarre. These rules weren’t stated anywhere when we booked and if we’d have known this we wouldn’t have booked here. The hotel shop is the biggest rip off I’ve ever seen so make sure you don’t forget to pack anything as the shop charges 30 euros for pretty much everything!! The nearest shops and markets are about 30 minute walk away so the hotel exploits this. Food in hotel is great plenty of choice. Rooms are very dates and not great size wise for a family of 4, 2 pull down beds not ideal. The balcony is small and has no light. Beach is lovely. Staff overall very friendly and the entertainment team do a great job but we won’t be returning here I’m afraid.
