Great family stay
Great hotel, great location on the beech and fantastic for kids. Kids pool had plenty to keep a 3yr old entertained. Their seemed to be a great selection of entertainment on for them too. For adults the lobby bar and pool bar are a great shout. Shout out to Muhammed at the pool bar who kept checking in on us and keeping us topped up. Super friendly and could not do more for you
Enjoyable stay.
Muhammad the skating bartender was a legend. Best bartender all week. Really enjoyed our stay. Would certainly consider returning next year.
Don’t bother
Chaotic and a shambolic. Food is passable at best with very little variation. Decided to eat at one of the restaurants, had to remind staff which course was next, food was cold. Overall a very disappointing experience

Very good Family Holiday – Highly Recommended!
We had a fantastic family holiday at the end of September. Our goal was to enjoy a relaxing break with good food, positive energy and time to unwind, and this hotel delivered on all fronts!
The hotel was very clean, including the beach, pool, restaurant and our room. The pool had no noticeable chlorine smell, and the landscaping was beautiful and well maintained, especially around the villa area.
The food variety was excellent, with different daily themes offering plenty of choice. The entertainment was very good, and the service was outstanding. All the staff were friendly, smiling, helpful and attentive.
A special thank you to Chef Murat from the pizza section, who went out of his way to prepare a gluten-free pizza for my son despite being busy and receiving our request at the last minute. We truly appreciated his kindness.
I would also like to thank the Turkish restaurant team for their warm hospitality, excellent service and delicious food. We really enjoyed our dining experience!
Finally, a big thank you to the Guest Relations team for regularly checking on us, asking about our experience and making sure we felt comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay.
Highly recommended, especially for families with children! We achieved exactly what we came for: relaxation, delicious food, positive energy and quality family time. We had a wonderful holiday and will definitely return!
