Overall Good stay!

Overall Overall, I would certainly recommend this hotel. While there are a few areas that could be improved, we had a genuinely enjoyable stay and would happily consider returning. We don't usually book the typical "stay in the resort all week" all-inclusive holiday, as we much prefer exploring. Before arriving here, we had spent time travelling around the Antalya region, visiting historical sites and major destinations including Konya and Cappadocia. By the time we arrived, this was intended to be the relaxing part of our holiday, and it certainly provided that. The Staff Without question, the hotel's greatest asset is its staff. From the waiters and chefs to housekeeping, the minibar team, spa staff, shop staff and everyone else we encountered, every member of staff worked incredibly hard and always seemed genuinely committed to ensuring guests had an enjoyable stay. Considering the constant demands that come with an ultra all-inclusive resort, their patience and professionalism were genuinely impressive. One evening, my four-year-old daughter was having a full-blown tantrum in the restaurant. One of the waiters noticed, came over with a few small toys from his pocket and did everything he could to cheer her up. It was such a thoughtful gesture and one that really stayed with us. We've stayed in plenty of hotels where staff appear exhausted or simply try to avoid guests, but that was never our experience here. Everyone was friendly, approachable and always willing to help. The housekeeping team kept the rooms spotless every day, the minibar was replenished without fail, and every member of staff we met greeted us warmly. A special thank you to Mustafa in the à la carte restaurants for his exceptional service, and an especially heartfelt thank you to Ozun from Guest Relations. Although I'll explain more later in the review, Ozun went above and beyond to resolve a few issues we experienced at the start of our stay. He handled everything professionally and genuinely cared about ensuring we left with a positive impression of the hotel. Bars, Snacks & Facilities One of the hotel's biggest strengths is the sheer number of places to eat and drink throughout the day. The lobby bar quickly became one of our favourite places. Between 11:00 and 17:00 it serves beautiful cakes, desserts and sandwiches, before becoming a drinks-only venue later in the evening. I can't really comment on the alcoholic drinks, but there were plenty of well-known premium brands available. The atmosphere in the lobby bar was particularly lovely. Even with families and children around, it never felt overcrowded or noisy, and during the evenings it was a wonderfully relaxed place to sit. The snack bar à la carte, open from 11:00 until 16:30, served excellent quality food and was somewhere we returned to several times. The hot dog stand, gözleme station, waffle bar and beach café were also excellent. There were plenty of other places to grab food throughout the day too, including the cookie café, as well as unlimited drinks, ice cream and snacks available across the resort. You certainly won't go hungry here, and the variety of snack options available outside the main restaurant was one of the highlights of our stay. Children's Club The children's club deserves special recognition. Rather than simply providing childcare, it offered a genuinely engaging programme of activities with enthusiastic staff who clearly loved working with children. There was pottery, painting, archery, soft play, arts and crafts and plenty of other organised activities throughout the day. Our daughter really enjoyed spending time there, and the staff made every child feel welcome. For families travelling with young children, this is definitely one of the hotel's strongest features. Beach, Pools & Entertainment The beach area was lovely, with plenty of sunbeds available, while the swimming pools were clean, well maintained and surrounded by good facilities and bars. Overall, we never struggled to find somewhere to relax during the day. The evening entertainment also got off to an excellent start. On our first night there was a fantastic Turkish band, which created a brilliant atmosphere and was one of our favourite evenings. Although we felt the entertainment became a little less impressive as the week progressed, there was still plenty going on every evening. First Impressions & Check-in Our arrival, unfortunately, wasn't the best start to what turned out to be a very enjoyable holiday. After driving for around six hours from Cappadocia, we arrived at the hotel late in the evening feeling exhausted and rather disorientated. Reception was probably the weakest part of our experience. We were handed several information sheets but weren't really given much guidance about the hotel or encouraged to ask questions. After such a long journey, a slightly warmer welcome and a brief explanation of the facilities would have made a big difference. As the main restaurant had already closed, we asked Guest Relations whether there was anywhere we could get something to eat. Initially, we were advised that we could order room service at an additional cost, which was a little disappointing given the circumstances. However, after we explained how far we had travelled, they very kindly arranged for sandwiches to be sent to our room instead, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, our first room also wasn't ideal. The bathroom had visible mould staining, which wasn't what we expected on arrival. After my husband raised our concerns, Ozun from Guest Relations contacted us personally. He sincerely apologised for our experience, arranged for us to move rooms and also invited us to dine in the Mexican à la carte restaurant as a goodwill gesture. From that point onwards, the hotel really did everything possible to ensure we enjoyed the rest of our stay, and we genuinely appreciated the way our concerns were handled. The Room Our second room was much nicer and far more comfortable. The following day we were also surprised with a lovely fruit platter accompanied by baklava and nuts, which was a thoughtful gesture and another example of the hotel making every effort to turn our first impression into a positive one. The rooms themselves, along with the corridors, are beginning to look a little tired in places. However, they are maintained to an excellent standard by the housekeeping team, who did a fantastic job throughout our stay. The only feature we found disappointing was the balcony. Unless you book one of the larger room categories, you'll receive what is essentially a half balcony. Ours only had enough space for a single chair, meaning only one person could comfortably sit outside at a time. As we enjoy reading, painting and relaxing together on the balcony while on holiday, this was one of the few aspects that genuinely disappointed us. It wasn't a major issue once we'd adjusted to it, but it's definitely worth knowing before booking. If having a proper balcony is important to you, I'd recommend choosing one of the larger room categories. The Main Restaurant One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because so many reviews praised the variety of food in the main restaurant. Unfortunately, this was probably the one area where our expectations weren't quite met. There was certainly no shortage of food, but we often felt that quantity didn't always translate into quality. While there was plenty of choice, some of the menu became quite repetitive during our stay. One of the biggest disappointments for us was the seafood. My daughter loves seafood, so we were particularly looking forward to the seafood evenings. However, even on seafood night there wasn't a single shrimp available. There were salmon fillets, sea bream—which unfortunately didn't seem particularly fresh—and a few other seafood dishes, but compared with other hotels we've stayed in, the overall seafood selection was quite limited. We also missed seeing dishes such as shellfish, sea bass and freshly cooked fish, which we've become accustomed to at similar resorts. That said, there were still plenty of things we enjoyed. The salad selection was excellent, as were the cheeses, yoghurts and fresh breads. The pizza station was consistently good, there were always a couple of meat dishes available, and the children's area was well thought out, complete with milk, child-friendly food and a television. The pasta station was available each day, although we personally didn't find it particularly flavourful. By the end of the week I found myself mainly choosing mashed potato, fresh bread and some of the meat dishes. Please don't misunderstand me—the food certainly wasn't bad, and nobody is going to go hungry here. There was always something to eat, and there was plenty of variety across the resort as a whole. I simply think the main restaurant could be improved, particularly considering the otherwise high standard of the hotel. Like many busy all-inclusive resorts, finding a table during peak dining times could occasionally take a few minutes, but we always managed eventually and never found it to be a major problem. Interestingly, during our final two days the seafood offering noticeably improved, with smoked fish and a wider seafood selection appearing, so perhaps we were just a little unlucky earlier in the week. À La Carte Restaurants We were fortunate enough to visit both the Mexican and Seafood à la carte restaurants. The Mexican restaurant was unfortunately very short-staffed on the evening we visited, which meant the atmosphere wasn't quite what we had expected. However, we still enjoyed the experience and appreciated the invitation from Guest Relations. After we mentioned our disappointment regarding the limited seafood in the main restaurant, the hotel very kindly offered us an evening in the Seafood à la carte restaurant. Although the seafood menu itself still wasn't particularly extensive, the gesture meant a great deal to us. It demonstrated that the hotel genuinely listens to guest feedback and is willing to do what it can to improve people's experience. That willingness to resolve concerns and make guests feel valued is something that really stood out during our stay. One Small Disappointment There was one experience during our stay that I wasn't particularly comfortable with. While we were dining in the Seafood à la carte restaurant, a member of staff approached me and asked whether I would mind completing what I understood to be a hotel guest survey. I was more than happy to help. At the time, my daughter had fallen asleep on my arm, so the member of staff kindly offered to type my responses for me. It was only afterwards that I realised my comments hadn't been submitted as an internal hotel survey at all—they had actually been published as a Google review under my personal profile. The wording also wasn't entirely what I had intended to say. I completely understand that positive reviews are important for hotels, but I do think it should have been made clear that this was a public Google review rather than internal feedback. Had I known, I would have preferred to write and publish it myself. It certainly didn't spoil our holiday, but I did feel slightly uncomfortable afterwards and thought it was worth mentioning for transparency. Overall Despite a few criticisms, we genuinely had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel. The staff are exceptional and are undoubtedly the hotel's greatest strength. Every member of the team worked incredibly hard and always seemed genuinely committed to ensuring guests enjoyed their holiday. Their friendliness, professionalism and willingness to help really made a lasting impression on us. The facilities are excellent, with plenty of places to eat and drink throughout the day, lovely pools, a beautiful beach area and one of the best children's clubs we've experienced. Families, in particular, will find there is always something to do, and it's virtually impossible to go hungry with the number of snack bars, cafés and refreshments available around the resort. Although we felt the main restaurant could be more consistent, the rooms could benefit from some updating, and first impressions at reception could certainly be improved, what impressed us most was how willing the hotel was to listen and put things right. Once our concerns had been raised, they couldn't have done more to ensure we enjoyed the rest of our stay. The room change, thoughtful gestures and genuine care shown by Guest Relations completely changed our experience. No hotel is perfect, and this one certainly has areas that could be improved. However, it gets far more right than wrong. If you're looking for a family-friendly resort with fantastic staff, excellent facilities and a team that genuinely cares about its guests, I would have no hesitation in recommending it and would happily return ourselves.

Family vacation

The entertainment team was fantastic both my childrwn and i were very impressed with the facilities, we played great football and tried the archery and airguns. Great fun! Especially Yagiz was incrwdible to us, took really good care of my family and made the trip worrhwhile. The negative review reflects the bad communication between guest relations and the kitchen. Being gluten free and vegetarian was a very big problem for the hotel to accomodate.

14 nights at the IC was just bliss!

This is my 2nd visit to IC. The first was my wife & I and we spent 5 days last Oct. This time we brought our daughter who is 8 years old & we spent 14 nights. Today is our last full day. Firstly, the hotel is stunning. The grounds are ‘green’ of course & the environment really is stunning & immaculate. The rooms are slightly dated but also extremely clean & well maintained. The staff are very attentive & the entertainment team are so attentive. My faves were ‘Marty Pellow’ who has excellent camaraderie with the guests & ‘Anna’ who is so friendly & smiles constantly. The girls in the IC coffee shop are great too & make the best coffee. The shows at night are very good. The kids club for my daughter was also very good. I’d come back here for sure. If you get a deal you are happy with for this hotel I’d recommend 110%. The food is of a very high standard also & I personally don’t drink alcohol but it is all branded & with many options.

Excellent large hotel right on the beach

Great hotel- very large lots of pools and direct beach access. We travelled as a family and found it very family friendly- food was very good and varied and the chef looked after our children’s with gluten free options. The water park was a highlight as was the entertainment.
