Our 8-story building is available with its 485 standard,
42 family rooms, 24 junior suites and 6 handicap-rooms.
In the 24-hour open lobby floor where there are
5 panoramic elevators, you will find sitting area, dance floor
and a piano bar, Avanti Cafe, Delphin Restaurant, a la carte
restaurants and also shops. Furthermore you find on the
the lower floor conference rooms for meetings or
celebrations, spa, cinema, bowling, internet café. The disco is
downstairs located. If you allow, you can spend your time in
our indoor pool or bar.

100 % recommendation for Delphin Palace
A beautifully renovated hotel; everything was well-maintained and clean. The service was absolutely perfect—helpful and friendly. The room was lovely and bright, featuring a high bed and a traditional duvet. Everything was controlled via touch panels, and the air conditioning unit displayed a QR code linking to a video tutorial for customised settings. The food in the restaurant was tasty and varied, with a different theme each evening. There was a huge selection of desserts and appetizers (ranging from classics to seafood and octopus). Drinks were served in original cans or glass bottles. Freshly squeezed orange juice and fruit milkshakes were available in the morning, and various fresh juices were offered throughout the day at the outdoor restaurants. Various snack stalls operated outdoors all day (fast food, a standard restaurant, a coffee corner, gozleme, pizza, waffles, rolled ice cream, scooped ice cream, and popsicles). The coffee itself was excellent. The cocktails were superb, especially at the Liquid Art Bar. The beach was well-maintained, with entry into the sea over coarse sand. Service was absolutely flawless; the staff were attentive and quick, so there were never any waits. Daytime entertainment was standard (programs for adults, teenagers, and children), though I would have expected the evening entertainment to be a bit better. The Delphin Aqua Serenity area was flawless. It featured excellent water slides (restrictions: min. 120 cm height, max. 100 kg weight), a lazy river, and a huge water park for children. Lockers were available for storing belongings. The amusement park was reserved exclusively for guests of the Delphin Imperial. I appreciate the late check-out room, which featured code-locked lockers, showers, towels, and so on. I have one complaint regarding the check-out process: the ms. receptionist cut off our wristbands (whereas other guests were allowed to keep theirs) and issued us paper slips that we had to constantly show throughout the day to prove our access rights. It was annoying and pointless; at that moment, we felt like thieves. Another issue was the temperature inside—the indoor areas were extremely cold. Overall, we were thoroughly satisfied; it was the best vacation, and we highly recommend the hotel.
Disappointing
Beautiful hotel. Lovely restaurant and rooms clean. Big disappointment . We are all inclusive and the only drink I have is Southern Comfort. Asked at guest relations and they say don’t stock it. So I have paid a fortune for all inclusive and they wouldn’t even try and source some for me. I know they have it here as the Titanic had it last year. Sadly we won’t be back.

1st of all I only review places worthy of a review so here goes………… Check in is superb nice and quick and straight to our room……. Hotel is clean and spacious Food is excellent massive choice everyday Beach and Pier excellent and getting a sun lounger no problem…… Went the quiet pool some afternoons again excellent service……. The thing what makes it his hotel is the staff,from the cleaners to the managers are so polite and all speak to you,too many to mention but there’s 3 I want to personally thank they are……. Ismail U and Bozan Y from the Lobby bar amazing bartenders and a credit to the hotel And Muhammad Haikel S……at Breakfast time,this lad is absolutely tremendous in his job always smiling and can’t do enough for you,he made our holiday so polite and helpful,you just knew he enjoyed working there,so full credit to the Managers in these staff….. See you all again soon Darren & Diane
