Sera hotel
Fantastic service at the restaurant especially in the main building. Very attentive care to customers and taking care of everyone’s needs.
A great hotel
Sera is a great experience, the Ottoman style is eccentric but tasteful. The room was perfect, a great view of the sea and mountains. The WiFi is excellent. The all inclusive food is fine, good quality but very samey. The pool, the beach are all well appointed and whilst it does get busy, you can find a lounger. Highlights are the cats, very friendly and cute. The staff also gave me a cake for my birthday which was nice touch The only negative were some of the guests. Rude, arrogant, ignorant are just some of the descriptions I can use on TripAdvisor. A real shame but probably to be expected.

We had a wonderful time at the Kids Club! The children loved the creative activities, fun sea games, and mini discos. A big thank you to Emel, Madina, Karolina, and Nur for making every day so much fun! ❤️
