Dear Sea Life Antalya Management,

I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the wonderful experience my family and I had during our stay at Sea Life Antalya in August 2026.

From the very moment we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Emre at the reception. He greeted us with a genuine and welcoming smile, kindly assisted us with the check-in process, and thoughtfully advised us to go and enjoy dinner so that we would not miss the meal. This small but thoughtful gesture made us feel truly welcomed from the very beginning.

The dinner was excellent—delicious, varied, and enjoyable. I would especially like to mention Ms. Züleyha from the hospitality team. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful, and she took wonderful care of us throughout our entire stay during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Her warm smile and excellent service made our dining experience even more enjoyable.

Our family room was beautiful and exceptionally well designed. The layout was perfect for a family of five, and the spacious balcony overlooking the sea was a wonderful addition. The separate dressing room was also a thoughtful feature that provided us with extra comfort and convenience throughout our stay.

I would also like to express my appreciation to the housekeeping team. The ladies responsible for our room were always friendly, cheerful, and cooperative, and their efforts helped make our stay comfortable and pleasant.

The maintenance team also deserves special recognition for their professionalism and efficiency. During our stay, the elevator stopped working, but the team responded very quickly and managed to resolve the issue in a short time.

All of the hotel facilities were excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the beach. We loved reaching the beach through the beautiful tunnel decorated with flowers and a charming red carpet. The beach itself was wonderful, with comfortable and well-organized sun loungers.

I would especially like to mention Mr. Ramzi, the beach bar attendant. He was truly one of the kindest and most wonderful members of your team. He was always friendly, welcoming every guest with a warm smile, and extremely helpful, even in the very hot weather.

What impressed me most was the care he showed towards the guests throughout the day. He would walk around offering ice cream and cold drinks to guests, making sure everyone stayed refreshed and comfortable in the heat. These thoughtful gestures may seem simple, but they created a genuinely pleasant and memorable experience for us.

Overall, our stay at Sea Life Antalya was truly wonderful. I can sincerely recommend your hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable, and family-friendly holiday. Your beautiful facilities and, most importantly, your exceptional staff added so much joy to our vacation and made our return to Antalya even more special.

I would also like to mention that this was not our first wonderful experience with your hotels. In September 2024, I visited your Portobello Hotel with my family, and we also had an excellent experience there. Having now enjoyed another memorable stay at Sea Life Antalya, I am very happy to see the same level of hospitality, professionalism, and care across your hotels.

We had a wonderful stay at Sea Life Family Resort, which I’d rate as a solid 4-star hotel. The absolute highlight is the customer service—the staff across reception, the restaurant, and guest relations are amazingly hardworking and welcoming. When we had an issue with our air conditioning and mattress, Guest Relations (Hala) had it resolved immediately while we were out for dinner. Our room was tucked away in a back corner—common with standard Booking.com reservations—and while slightly dated, it was comfortable and well-stocked with a complimentary fridge and a welcome tray. The overall dining experience was brilliant, with delicious and varied food served every day. The beach access via an underground tunnel directly to a private, sunbed-equipped pebble beach is super convenient, and the sea is crystal clear. On the downside, the entertainment music felt stuck in the '90s with tracks like Macarena playing on repeat every day. We were also surprised by the fruit selection: despite visiting in late August at the peak of Turkish fig season, the resort offered imported apples and pears with no local figs in sight, we bought our own at the beach. Even so, the incredible service, great location, and overall quality make this hotel well worth a stay!
