I want to just write a few words about Acar customer relation and Zohre. And reception staff .They are amazing and exemplary. Their help to us has been phenomenal. They are an asset to your team and represent Rixos downtown in the most professional way. They really go the extra mile to keep the customer happy

Great stay at Rixos
We have so far really enjoyed our time here. They sorted our teen boys rooms out as they didn’t want to share a double room and ended up getting a better view. All the staff are lovely and we have been able to watch the football !!! Food and drink excellent.
