Megasaray WestBeach Antalya

We had an excellent stay at Megasaray WestBeach Antalya and highly recommend this hotel.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The rooms were spotless, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the facilities were excellent.

A special thank you to the Guest Relations Team. Their communication through WhatsApp was outstanding. They responded to every message quickly, professionally, and with genuine kindness. It was very convenient to receive assistance so easily, and every request was handled efficiently, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The entire hotel team deserves recognition for their friendliness, attention to detail, and commitment to providing excellent service.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel with great customer service. Staff are amazingly helpful and always smiling. Rooms could do with a revamp but okay to be fair. Carpets could do with a good clean but it’s only your feet that’s on it. Toiletries, slippers and hair dryer all in the room. Mini fridge filled up every day at no cost. Pool area was spotless as well and you could got down at 11am and still get beds. They have a private beach but we didn’t go over to it as we prefer the pool. Although the sun beds at the beach fill up super fast as we had a sea view room. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the food in the dining room it was always cold. Some of the other guests were disgusting in it as well. Drinking from the ladle to see if they liked it and then putting it back in to the pot. Eating out the chocolate sauce with their spoons and double dipping. Lifting the chips with their hands, absolutely revolting. That is just what we witnessed. Dinning room is a bit chaotic most of the time and table not turned over quick enough either. Sitting eating and not getting a drink until your almost finished. The staff are amazingly helpful I just don’t think there’s enough of them in the dining room, they are kinda run off their feet. There’s a snack place outside that does pizza and hotdogs and stuff. It’s really good, fresh and warm. Drinks are good as is the Starbucks on site but you only get 1 free one a day. The iced coffee at the outside bar is lovely as well. You can book the al carte restaurant once if you are there for 7 days. Only thing is they never told us it was only open Friday until Sunday. We were really disappointed as we went to book it on Tuesday for that night but then found out it was closed. We left Friday morning so missed out. Would be really helpful if they told you this on arrival. Over all I would defo recommend this hotel.
