Overlooking the shimmering waters of the Mediterranean Sea, the elegant Amara Wing Resort enjoys a wonderful location directly on a private stretch of pebble beach with sun loungers, parasols and a private jetty. The centre of Kemer with its numerous shopping opportunities, restaurants, bars and cafés as well as the marina and museums can be reached within a short stroll. The hotel's rooms are bright and modern, many of which enjoy splendid sea views. Surrounded by a lovely garden area, the hotel features various pools, including a main outdoor pool of more than 1,000 m2 as well as a small water park with three slides and a children's pool. Guests will appreciate a variety of sports facilities as well as a spa and wellness area with Turkish bath. Dining options include a main restaurant as well as several à la carte restaurants, and guests can have a drink in the cosy beer garden. A great choice for couples and families with children.
The hotel had everything we needed. The sea was absolutely beautiful and the food was delicious . We enjoyed our stay . The Turkish bath , sauna ,massage are must-try. The only downside was that there was no ventilation in the elevator .
I would like to leave my honest review. I have read so many different reviews about this hotel, both positive and negative. Everyone perceives comfort differently, so this is strictly my personal opinion.
We recently stayed at Gravel Select and left with mixed feelings, though the positive aspects definitely won in the end. Our vacation started with a rather stressful check-in at 2 AM. We had to wait for an hour because the night receptionist was unresponsive, and we were initially put into a very unpleasant, smelly room without any proper view. We had booked a double room with an extra bed and a side sea view. The next day management tried to make it up to us by moving us to a much better room with a beautiful sea view, though the extra bed turned out to be a sofa bed. While the territory is amazing, perfectly clean, and full of great activities, the hotel overall feels like a solid 4-star rather than a 5-star property. The food is decent with good daily staples like fresh salads, cheeses, olives, fish, and meat, but the menu could definitely be more diverse, as seafood was quite rare. However, the staff everywhere is incredibly sweet and welcoming. The cleaning girl was absolutely adorable, and the restaurant team, with many polite staff members from Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, always greeted us with big smiles.
What completely saved our vacation and stole our hearts was the incredible SPA team. Ali and his brother welcomed us with a wonderful tour of the hotel, showing us the beach, the layout, and giving great tips on the town center and where to go. They recommended we try the hammam, which was an amazing experience. At the SPA reception, Kemran, alongside the lovely girls from Ukraine, was exceptionally professional and helpful. He recommended a 5-session massage course for me, and it was the best decision ever. A special thank you goes to Ari, a wonderful Balinese masseuse with truly magical hands. Her massages were incredibly high-quality, and she always brought us delicious, comforting tea after the sessions. Her Balinese colleagues were equally sweet, warm, and pleasant. For the SPA department, I give a solid 5+ stars! It is purely thanks to the outstanding SPA team and the beautiful Kemer nature that we had a wonderful, healing rest despite the rough start.
