- Rixos Beldibi

Rixos Beldibi has an enviable position nestled in spectacular greenery and offering stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. The coastal town of Beldibi is smaller than many on the Turkish Riviera, reflected in the more intimate setting at Rixos Beldibi. Known as the Turquoise coast, the clear warm waters and rugged scenery create a splendid backdrop for the resort and all it has to offer.
We thoroughly enjoyed our one-week stay at the hotel. The entertainment team and all the staff were incredibly friendly and understanding. Both the daytime and evening activities were highly professional and entertaining. The hotel had a peaceful, calm atmosphere that was perfect for our family, and we were very pleased with the service. We had an incredibly pleasant and beautiful vacation. A huge thank you to the entertainment team and all the staff!
Our first traditional ‘package holiday’ in over 20 years so a lot has changed…
Positives:
TUI reps and bus transfer from airport so well organised.
Location was perfect for us as this small hotel ( less than 200 rooms) is located on a small bay in Beldibi so it has its own private beach.
Small hotel, large room and balcony overlooking both the beach, pool and mountain ( upgraded by hotel for our wedding anniversary 🥂) and no children.
Great daytime programme - staff extremely friendly and welcoming.
Buffet breakfast & dinner room and terrace very spacious and enough variety for our 11 night stay though does get a bit repetitive.
Al La Carte restaurants very good but actually Set menus!
Variety of a bars dotted around resort.
Great coffee and cake selection served 11am-6pm
No early morning dash for sunloungers as plenty available all day though if you want a specific area ie the beach or pier you do need to put towels out on way to breakfast!
Evening entertainment team put on shows 6 out of 7 nights a week.
TUI UK Rep Mohamed was excellent. Plenty of trips out of resort bookable via TUI Rep we did just one Antalya Old Town, Waterfalls and Harbour.
Staff were excellent but one stand out member of staff for us was Sana on FOH. An asset to the hotel.
Housekeeping very efficient.
Negatives:
Beach is shingle and to get into the water from the beach it’s a precarious walk across various sized stones & rocks.
Using the TUI App to book restaurants and classes.
Just 2 Al La Carte restaurants which are limited to one visit per 7 day holiday.
No waitress or waiter table service for any of the bars.
All daytime activities have to be booked via the app so you have to schedule a plan of action re timings and days to ensure you get into the classes.
Breakfast is served 7:30am but staff are still arriving at 7:40. Omelette area was hit and miss before 7:40 too. Not all areas stocked as still filling up at 8am.
summary:
Though it’s not the standards or quality of our previous AI Adult only holidays in the Caribbean (obviously you get what you pay for ) overall we enjoyed our first European version and would possibly do another one in the future.
Me (Sophie ) and Olivia just came back from a week away with the Tui Magic Life Beldibi Hotel. From the flight, easy transfer all the way throughout it was extremely well planned, and enjoyable. Liv and I were expecting standard service at the hotel, this was certainly not the case. I cannot explain how amazing, lovely and caring all of the staff were, from the front reception to the chefs, waiting staff, cleaners, entertainment. Eveyone was so kind, and willing to help. One evening I misplaced my phone, and I had no doubt it would eventually be found as all active staff at the time were on the case, it was handed to me by the next morning. I have to give a few special shoutouts to people that made the experience so fun, Liv and I genuinely laughed our heads off the whole week and felt sad to leave everyone. Mehmet (bellboy) was so helpful and funny. He went completely above and beyond helping us with any issues and being so attentive. Supporting with carrying drinks, stayed late on his shift to drop us to the sister hotel, always checked if we were satisfied. Onur can (MJ) was so kind, sweet and helpful too, alongside the rest of the front desk staff like Sana who specially helped me with finding my phone. At the AMAZING á la carté restaurants the staff made the time so enjoyable as it was Liv’s Birthday. A beautiful meal followed by a delicious birthday cake. Specially Michelle and a few other ladies who sadly I am unsure of their names. Bilal the chef made me like seafood even though I have hated it all of my life, that is enough said about how tasty the food was. The bar staff who had to put up with me and Liv were so kind and friendly too, specially Hekim. The entertainment was so fun, we loved everyone there - amazing vibes. Special shoutout out to Felix who ate up every move. I could say so much more about our experience but will wrap it up as this has turnt into a short essay… Thanks again to everyone for the truly magical week. Unfortunately for you all, we will be returning next year!
Even Rixos from Egypt looks better and has better food… I expected more from Rixos Turkey. The beach looks awful.
Wonderful experience. The hotel is good and the staff is good as well. We had really fun here.
