Good hotel
Location is good, amazing views. Rooms quality is normal, but the shower had bad pressure and there was a little hole in a sink. Atmosphere is nice, staff is polite but some of the workers were flirting with guests (young girls) and they didn’t really feel comfortable. In common 4/5.
Very poor experience with hardly any positive unfortunately
Unfortunately a really poor review coming up ...... Firstly the bathroom was really poor , very low water pressure and small shower space . There is no mini bar just a bottle of water that won't fit in the fridge and that wasn't always given on a daily basis. There were 3 of us in the room and on numerous occasions there were only 2 towels provided. The restaurant we found was very poor , there were not enough food stations so can be long queues and waits to get your food , and many times there was no cutlery or glasses for the drinks and then having to wait 5 minutes or more to receive them after asking so your food is then cold. We had an awful dining experience in the a la cart restaurant, we were not spoken to at all, not offered a drink throughout the whole meal. There was a course on the menu that didn't come and when we asked about it they got there phone out to translate that that had to be requested. The pool area was very nice but there are are a couple of steps missing making it difficult for little people to get in . There is only 1 member of staff on at the bars in the evening which left queues. Plus the bars shut at midnight. Air-conditioning is poor apart from in the restaurant. The toilet by the pool smells of urine all the time so obviously wasn't cleaned enough. The lid of the seat was broken and the seat had a huge crack in it harbouring gems for sure. We personally thought the entertainment was very poor and only catered for the Turkish . I've never had to leave such a poor review ever!!!
Overall this hotel was very disappointing which isn't nice to say but it's a true reflection on our experience.

Sunland experience
Good points, the animation team (especially Deniz )were very engaging , the pool and the beach jetty were great, hotel is clean and the indoor shopping experience was great.staff are friendly. Bad points, Air con isn’t great, The bathroom looked like Stevie wonder did the tiling ,food didn’t always suit my tastes although there was always something to eat, struggled with the entertainment due to language barrier and the variety and the Lack of a disco was a disappointment to my 24 year old daughter and her friend. All in all a great holiday though and we will be back to the area again.

The hotel was excellent- clean rooms, friendly staff and delicious food. Atmosphere was nice. We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back!
