Unacceptably loud music every day until late (!) zero noise insulation in the rooms
Terribly loud music every single night until midnight. What makes it particularly frustrating is that most guests are families with young children or older people, yet everyone — including guests at neighbouring hotels — has to put up with these concerts every night, even though very few people seem to attend them.
Everything else about the hotel is great, but this one issue really spoils the experience. There seems to be very little consideration for guests who simply want some peace and a proper night’s rest, or even for the beautiful nature surrounding the hotel, which deserves some quiet at night too.
It feels as though the comfort of the vast majority of guests is being sacrificed for a small number of people who want loud late-night entertainment. Such a shame, because otherwise this is a wonderful place.

Great holiday, would score 4.5
We stayed for 9 night and had a fantastic holiday.
The staff were faultless, special mention to Metehan at George's bar and Medine who served around the pool. All the staff but particularly these two made a real effort with our 2 year and 5 month old children.
We would definitely recommend this hotel but there were a few things that would make me give a 4.5 rating rather than 5. Scoring 4 would be an injustice, it certainly warrants more than that.
We had a deluxe room, with 2 adults and 2 children it was a little cramped. Despite not being a big deal, hotels we've stayed at in recent years have had larger bedrooms and bathrooms. We could also only get the fridge to be slightly cool.
I'm not sure whether it was the time of year and there not being many younger children but the children's entertainment of an evening was limited to 30 minutes of dancing. We feel that this should be longer.
The street food style concept for lunch was fantastic but overall the restaurant could be improved. The food on a whole was very good but again we've stayed on places that we feel was slightly better. The baclava however was some of the best I've ever had.
The service in the restaurant could definitely be improved. The staff work very hard but at almost every sitting it took quite a while to be served with water or other drinks. My biggest gripe was that there was also a wait for the tables to be cleared and fresh cutlery served. More of an annoyance was when getting up to collect our own cutlery from the buffet area quite often there was also none left to collect.
I've seen many comments about the AC and I'd have to agree. The heat was never uncomfortable but it wasn't cool enough to be refreshing, this was the case around the hotel not just in our room.
We visited Kemer twice which was definitely worthwhile visiting.
As I mentioned we had a great time and would recommend the hotel but feel the minor critiques above would really make it stand out.

a wonderful time of relaxation
The hotel boasts a fantastic location right by the seaside. Its layout ensures everything is close at hand, so you don’t have to go far to enjoy the property's amenities.
Even when the weather wasn't ideal, there was no chance of getting bored, thanks to a wide range of attractions such as an indoor pool, sauna, game area, gym, and café. Every evening, we received a WhatsApp message from Yasemin and Kardelen outlining the schedule and activities awaiting us the following day.
We were very impressed with the fourth-floor apartment. The staff ensured cleanliness and changed the towels on a daily basis.
We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax, have a great time, and enjoy delicious food and colorful cocktails.

Not as good as you could expect
We joined my parents for a day in this hotel. We had to pay €200 per person to join for a day, which we did, expecting high quality food, drinks and services. For €200 you van stay from 10:00 to 18:00, so dinner isn’t even included. We had breakfast/brunch and lunch. We stayed at the beach and at the pool. We had good time with my parents, which is most important. But the food was very average compared to what we ate in the town. The food options are extensive, variety of dishes, fruit, salads, cheeses, cakes/sweets etc. The white wine was pretty bad and you only have 1 choice of white wine to choose from. In afternoon the lunch buffet stays open, but not much ‘new’ things like snacks around the pool as in other resorts. Also almost no seafood when we were there, which you would expect at a beachfront resort. The service also seems limited, they don’t come around to take orders for instance. You have to go and get your drinks/food yourself most of the time. All in all, i think the €200 is way overpriced and should at least include dinner. But i assume the management keeps this fee high to avoid people from outside to come.
