DoubleTree by Hilton Antalya Kemer

We are currently staying at this hotel. There are 4 adults and a 5 year old. We arrived at midnight as the flight was delayed 2 hours. The restaurant is open until 3am everyday and there was food and drinks awaiting us which was lovely. The room is spotless, all shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser and hand soap is in the bathroom along with a hairdryer, and soap. The fridge is full of water and soft drinks and tea and coffee. The room is cleaned every day and the sheets twice in a week. The food is excellent and the food carts are absolutely lovely with something for everyone. Its a 2 minute walk to a pebble beach with water sports and a pier with cabanas with waiter serve. We bartered for a cabana and got it for 250 Euro instead of the initial 400 Euro requested. Also water sports are half price if you're in a cabana and its quite a big saving so mention it if planning to book. There is shop inside selling a wide selection of inflatables, fans, shoes etc. There is a coffee shop with beautiful cakes and rolls to have with your drink. Staff are on roller skates throughout the day fetching drinks. There's an indoor pool which is cool in comparison to the outside and we used the kids club, which is secure and safe. The waterside are fab and my granddaughter loved using them. My last point is the entertainment. I am 62 and go abroad 3 times a year. I can honestly say it's the BEST I've ever seen and it's every night after the mini disco. All the staff are lovely, polite, smiley and nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend for all age groups and will definitely return.

The hotel is beautiful and the choices for both good and drink are amazing, but what really sets it apart is the service. The staff are always far and above expectations. Erdam (bar manger), Metehan (George's Bar), Muhammet (Public Bar) and Yasmine (guest relations) all need a mention here, they are all fantastic.

We had a great time at this hotel. We loved the festival vibe at lunchtime with all the food trucks and live music in the shade. The pool activities were great with lots of people joining in daily. The evening entertainment was also very good and performed by professional dancers/acrobats etc. then afterwards a dj on the rooftop bar. ALL of the staff were absolutely fantastic!! From the lovely lady sweeping up in the outdoor restaurant ❤️ , to the amazing bartender in the George pub and the serving staff in the main restaurantt and the guys on roller skates serving drinks around the poo!! Top class! Drinks were very good, any cocktails requested were served with a smile. The only disappointment we had was with the à la carte steak restaurant which incurs an additional €30 per person. There was only one other table occupied when we attended, which meant there wasn’t much of an atmosphere. There were several courses on a set menu, the first being an extortionate amount of cheese served with 1 breadstick and 3 walnuts ( for 3 people). We then opted to go for the salad which was ok and decided not to have another hot starter but to save ourselves for the steak. The entrecôte steak was cut up and in a pile on the plate and was served with 1 teeeny potato, 1 tiny onion and 1 tiny mushroom. The steak was tough and chewy and could not be eaten. I would therefore give the à la carte restaurants a miss if we return!
