Sherwood Exclusive Kemer

I spent a week at this hotel in July 2026, with my family. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone reading this review. Here are My thoughts; Food - overall the food was very good. Sometimes buffet food can be a bit samey, but I always found something that I enjoyed. There are a number of al a carte restaurants and as I was all inclusive, I was told my family and I could book one meal in one of the al a carte’s. The only one available was the Turkish restaurant and although the food was good, the hap hazard way the food was brought out wasn’t an enjoyable experience. Maybe a language issue. Wish I had stuck to the main restaurant. I spent a week in the Paloma Perissa in Side in April 26 and I thought the food was better and my wife and I ate at two al a carte’s and we didn’t have any issues. Drinks - loved the bottled beer. Loved the fact that there were two fridges on the pier, one with water and one with bottled beer and you could help yourself. There are bars on the pier, by the pool, by the cake shop and in the lobby. Big shout out to Farukcan, who provided us with excellent service at the pool bar. I am a whisky drinker, so I really appreciated being able to drink Jameson’s, Johnnie Walker, J&B and Chivas Regal. Pools - the pool area in front of the Beach is amazing. One of the best pool areas I have ever experienced. Plenty of beds but you will Need to get down early to claim them, as I am afraid the towel brigade are out early. Some hotels I have been to, moved your towels if you occupy beds for hours and aren’t using them. There is waiter service around the pool. Beach - the beach is pebbley and you will Need beach shoes to protect your feet. There are a lot of very large rocks when you wade out, so just be careful. On my first day I managed to scrape my knee and shin. We had beds on the pier a couple of times and you can access the sea using a ladder at the end of the pier which was quite nice. Entertainment - we had been warned that the night time entertainment was non existent. That was very harsh. I had several nights at the pool bar where i really enjoyed the live music. People - there were a lot of Russians/Eastern Europeans at this hotel. Not a problem for me as I was with my family, but if it had been just my wife and I, the lack of English speaking people would have been disappointing as we like to meet new people. Football - big shout out to the hotel For showing both England matches in the conference room. Lovely gesture and thank you. Would I come back? Yes if part of a larger group. Probably not if it was just my wife and I.

Unfortunately, our impression of the hotel is a poor one. We received a very dirty room that we asked to be cleaned and when the lady came to clean, I had to explain her that first you have to sweep and then mop, not just mop the floor with the dirt on it. The toilet was not washed, the surfaces were full of stains and dust, the floor was very dirty and with hair. The room is outdated and some things need to be renovated. Outside of a few pools, the support you hold to enter the pool is detached or broken and poses a danger of falling on the stairs. The plastic lights in some pools are fallen and again it can be a danger for the kids. The public toilets are very dirty and the floor is a general mess, not vacuumed and stained. It is completely different from what we expected after seeing in the pictures. However, it is a 5-star hotel, the price was not low and we had other expectations. We could not find sun loungers at 6:30 am because it seems there is no politic of the hotel that in the evening all the sunbeds are empty. The lady from the public relations was very nice and came to the beach to get us some sunbeds and umbrellas but nobody actually brought us anything after waiting an hour, so we stayed at the pool the whole week instead on the beach, because of that. The area near the pools is not washed, looked dirty and the area from the restaurant, the tables and under the tables as well not well cleaned. In the first evening at the bistro, my husband didn't receive his food after 1 h waiting. The waiters sometimes were bringing what we asked but many times they forgot and we had to insist for drinks or forks, etc. When we arrived at 10 in the evening we had dinner at the bistro. The waiter forgot several times what we ordered, my husband did not receive his food after 1 hour of waiting and the portions received were not enough to feed even a child. There are some positive things. The pools have clean and warm water and that there is a beautiful vegetation and view outside. The food is varied and really good and the kids had fun at the mini aquapark. The entertainment in the evening was nice and interesting and the playground too.

Unfortunately we cannot recommend this hotel and we will definitely not return because it Is definitely not a 5 star hotel. It is frustrating to come on vacation wanting to relax and to have such things that bother you and having to complain to the reception. To me it looks like a management problem, because the surroundings look really nice and it could be an excellent hotel.

This location is worth a million dollar. turquoise Mediterranean Sea on one side and the incredible mountains on the other. The Lagoon Room was perfect and just tree step away from the nearest pool. In just 1 minutes walk we had the amazing waterpark. We also want to send a big Thank You to the customer service and specially to Aycha,who took really good care of us and the few problems that came along.
