With a backdrop of the Taurus Mountains and located on extensive land, the marvellous hotel is beautifully situated directly on the beach of Kiriş, about 5 km away from the popular holiday resort of Kemer with its numerous shopping possibilities. The hotel with its distinctive architecture is surrounded by lush green gardens with orange trees and boasts a fantastic pool with stunning landscape. Families with children will love the children's club and the playgrounds, while older guests will appreciate the diverse sports facilities – especially during winter, the hotel is a favourite amongst professional sports teams for their training camps. There is a fully-equipped fitness centre and a first-class spa and wellness area. Guests may choose between 7 exquisite restaurants and 6 cosy bars to wrap up the day. The hotel is a great choice for couples, families with children and especially active guests. Between January 11, 2019 - March 15, 2019, a renovation will be carried out in our indoor pool.
Service will continue to be served in our other indoor pool on the specified dates.

Lovely and friendly hotel
Hotel was very nice. Fresh and great food (huge amount of cuisines that you can choose) and accommodation. Place is very clean and tidy. Hospitality is great. Mr Ersen very kind as guide and help during vacations. I recommend this place.

this complex is so nice place comfortable and clean with very big pools and green areas. Hotell is perfectly clean rooms also and stuff are amazing.

I highly recommended this hotel. I like so much the Service stuff how they’re smiling and helpful specially the lady from the guest relation Meryem the room was very good also and we would like to thanks the cleaning lady from the room 3406

My Most Disappointing Hotel Experience in Turkey
Unfortunately, this has been the most disappointing hotel I have stayed at in Turkey so far. Having visited several hotels in the country, I have never experienced this kind of atmosphere and level of service before.
Customer service is a major issue. Whether at reception, in the restaurants or at the bars, the lack of basic courtesy was genuinely shocking. In many cases, there was no greeting, no smile and no sense of hospitality. This attitude was very strange and difficult to understand, especially for a hotel that is supposed to provide a quality holiday experience.
What shocked me the most was the behaviour of certain bartenders. I had never experienced bartenders asking for tips in such a way that you felt you might not receive proper service if you did not tip them. Some drinks and services included in the all-inclusive package seemed to depend on whether you gave a tip or not. This is completely unacceptable. Guests should never feel pressured to tip in order to receive the service they have already paid for.
The food was another major disappointment. The buffet was practically the same every day, with very little variety or change. Fortunately, I only stayed for seven days, because the lack of variety quickly became frustrating.
Cleanliness is another area that seriously needs improvement. There were issues in several areas of the hotel, including the toilets, swimming pool areas and staircases. I also noticed mould in certain places. These are not details that should be overlooked in a hotel of this standard.
Some of the experiences were so unpleasant and unbelievable that you almost had to experience them yourself to understand just how disappointing they were. At times, I genuinely felt as though I could not believe what was happening.
To be fair, not everyone deserves criticism. There were some excellent bartenders and individual staff members who were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, they were the exception rather than the rule during my stay.
Overall, the lack of politeness, smiles, respect and consistent service made this holiday a real disappointment. I find it genuinely hard to understand how a hotel can operate this way when basic hospitality should be a priority.
I came to Turkey expecting a pleasant holiday, but this hotel has left me with one of my worst experiences in the country. Based on my stay, I would not choose to return.
