Everything was great but… something was off. The vibe. The people. I found it to be very heavily German / Austrian and you can’t relax. So please bear in mind, it’s not very multicultural and you feel like you’re in Germany not Turkey.

Our family has recently returned from an incredible seven-night stay, and without a doubt, this has been one of the best holidays we have ever had. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Their kindness, warmth and professionalism transformed an already beautiful hotel into an unforgettable experience.

One of the biggest reasons this holiday meant so much to us was the exceptional care I received after suffering an allergic skin reaction. I mentioned it in passing to the Night Operations Chief, Murat, and the Night Manager, Özcan, and they immediately took it seriously. They reassured me, personally escorted me to Guest Services, made sure they knew exactly which antihistamines I needed, and even arranged to collect them for me. What impressed us most was that their care did not end there. Every day afterwards, members of staff would ask how I was feeling and whether there was anything more they could do to help. That level of genuine compassion is something you rarely experience, and it meant far more to us than words can express.

As a family of night owls, we often found ourselves enjoying the resort into the early hours, which gave us the opportunity to get to know the night team particularly well. Murat and Özcan were truly exceptional and are an absolute credit to the hotel. No matter what time it was, they greeted us with warm smiles, took the time to stop and chat, and always made us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number. Their professionalism, kindness and dedication were evident every single night. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and even after what must have been long shifts, they still had endless enthusiasm, shared plenty of laughs with us, and created such a welcoming atmosphere. Seeing them each evening became one of the highlights of our holiday, and they are exactly the kind of people who make guests want to return.

Every member of staff throughout the resort deserves recognition. Wherever we went, we were greeted with smiles, friendly conversations and a genuine willingness to help. It was clear that everyone took great pride in making each guest's holiday as enjoyable as possible, and those personal touches made us feel completely at home.

The entertainment team was outstanding, with activities taking place from morning until late into the evening. Whether you were travelling with young children, teenagers or adults, there was always something to do, and it would have been impossible to feel bored.

The beach facilities were equally impressive. Whether you wanted to unwind by the sea or enjoy activities such as banana boat rides, parasailing or beach sports, there was something for everyone.

The bar staff were fantastic. They quickly remembered our favourite drinks, spoke excellent English, and always welcomed us with a smile and a laugh. Those small personal touches made every visit feel special.

The hotel itself is immaculate. Every area is maintained to an exceptionally high standard, the grounds are beautiful, and it is obvious how much pride every member of staff takes in keeping the resort looking its very best.

One thing that stood out to us above everything else was how safe we felt throughout our stay. As a family, we have travelled abroad before, but we have never felt so comfortable or secure. We were completely confident allowing our younger family members to explore the resort independently, knowing they were surrounded by attentive, caring staff in a safe environment.

The food was another highlight of our holiday. The choice available throughout the day was outstanding, with beautifully presented buffet meals and excellent snack bars offering something for every taste, including even the fussiest eaters in our family.

This holiday has given our family memories that we will treasure forever. Every single member of staff played a part in making our stay so special, but Murat and Özcan deserve a heartfelt thank you for going above and beyond. Their kindness, compassion, humour and dedication perfectly reflect the exceptional standards of this hotel.

To everyone at the hotel, thank you for making our family feel so welcome. We arrived as guests and left feeling like family. That is the greatest compliment we could give. We cannot wait to return, and we are already counting down the days until our next visit.
