TUI Blue Belek

We've holidayed in Turkey for over 25 years usually with TUI and stayed at this hotel in May. We were made so welcome and had such an enjoyable stay we returned in October. As British we were by far the minority however this was never an issue and the guests we encountered were all happy to interact and were great to be among. We'd learned a few basic bits of Turkish at a class in May and if our attempts to use these in our conversations weren't great - we apologise but forgive us - we tried ! I speak (a bit of) German so there was never a communication issue. The hotel is well situated and has excellent outdoor and indoor facilities. It is impeccably kept. Our room was reasonable but probably not up to the high standards this Hotel projects. Every member of the staff and management were without exception amongst the highest quality we've experienced in all our visits to Turkey and all deserve praise. Food and drink are varied and there is a huge variety on offer. If you travel to a country, you should be prepared to try all that culture has to offer. At this hotel we enjoyed all manner of Turkish cuisine and the Mediterranean options on offer. I've seen criticism of the main restaurant in these reviews which for us is unfounded. We haven't used an A La Carte option for many years but everyone has a choice. We can't praise the restaurant and catering staff enough however most of our interactions were with Hatije, Harun and Fatima but all of the staff assisted in elevating our holiday greatly - Thank you. The high end restaurant quality starter plates delivered by a very enterprising young Chef are excellent and a feature of this restaurant we enjoy. Please thank him. The fitness team at this hotel are excellent. The Aquafit and well being routines supervised by Miko and Kristen were well thought out and delivered, with a good balance of being challenging and fun. We felt our fitness had improved over our stay - a benefit of good food and exercise. The entertainment was quite varied, live bands, acrobatic shows ( Of the highest calibre), quizzes. The entertainment staff very happy to take on feedback - thanks. If we've missed anyone in this review who we interacted with please don't take offence - we valued everyone. An area which could be improved are the facilities for late arrivals. A few odd unappetising sandwiches wasn't great although a few crisps & nuts on offer in the bar kept us going till the next day. Not a major issue in the overall experience. Would we return ? Yes, theres an overall good quality standard which is to our taste and which appears reliable - so you know more or less to expect. Very nice hotel & location Excellent friendly hard working staff especially Melis Excellent choice of food & drinks Great pool both bormal & heated Very relaxing place The only problem was the room we booked was not available on arrival so we had to go to a room that was not suitable but just for 1 night then we moved to our booked room

We are staying at this hotel for our honeymoon, and it has been a wonderful experience so far. The atmosphere is lovely, the staff are welcoming, and everything has been great. We are very happy with our choice and would definitely recommend this hotel to couples looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday. Thank you for making our honeymoon special!
