Sensitive Premium Resort and Spa

Unclean rooms, rushed meal service with very short dining hours, poor customer service, and unreasonable late checkout fees. Rooms: The cleanliness was disappointing. There was a noticeable layer of dust under the table next to the beds from the first day of our stay. Even after housekeeping cleaned our room every day, the dust was never removed, which made us question the overall cleaning standards.

Food & Service: The hotel does not respect its advertised food service hours. The pool snack bar is supposed to serve food until 3:00 PM, but when I arrived at around 2:30 PM, I was told there was no food left. Similarly, in the main restaurant, staff begin clearing the buffet well before the official closing time. If you arrive around 1:45 PM for lunch, many dishes are already being removed, making guests feel rushed instead of welcome.

Customer Service: The staff were not particularly accommodating. We requested a late checkout because our flight was in the evening and wanted to enjoy the facilities a little longer. We were informed that it would cost €15 per hour per family, which we found excessive, especially considering the overall level of service. Throughout our stay, the service often felt strict rather than guest-oriented.

I do not recommend this hotel and I would definitely not return. I have just returned after a 7-day stay and, unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The hotel looks much better in the photos than it does in reality. The food was almost the same every day, with few options and no taste. The desserts (cakes and pastries) seemed industrially produced, very sweet, and artificial. The only dessert that seemed authentic to me was the baklava. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The hotel has dirty and stained walls, dust in many areas, poorly maintained elevators, and a strong old smell in the hallways. The room had worn-out furniture, stained sheets, old towels that were torn and gray instead of white. The bathroom was dirty, with rust in several places, and the shower was broken. The fridge in the room did not work, and cleaning was either superficial or nonexistent. Very poor internet! I do not understand how this hotel is rated 5 stars. In my opinion, the standards are far below what a hotel in this category should offer. The beach is full of stones, and entering the sea is very difficult and uncomfortable. In addition, there is practically nothing to visit or walk around outside the hotel. I had the impression that the staff expected tips for everything, yet the services provided did not justify these expectations. Those who have stayed in 5-star hotels before and know what a quality holiday means will immediately notice the difference. From my experience, I do not recommend this hotel.
