Nice medium sized hotel
This is a nice medium sized hotel. I would say the aqua park is small and more for kids under 8. This is more of an older people hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy and the staff are nice. The food was ok to. The bus leaves from across the road to get to town and there is a migraine 5 minutes down the road.

Not the best option for Brits
I stayed in Room 1110 from October 1 to October 8. Text: Positives:- Hotel is clean and spatious; Rooms are of a good size and clean; Plenty of sun loungers around the pool; Plenty of internal seating inside the spatious hotel;
Negatives:- The most overpowering, loud music is played around outside pool area. It’s very hard to relax, read or hold a conversation…and this is early afternoon; Hotel is very remote. No shopping centres or commercial activities within walking distance; Food is very repetitive. Generally cooked well but same basic main courses daily; I think the hotel caters more towards Turkish, German and Russian tourists, so food options reflect this; Even getting an ice cream is hard work…booth attendant keeps disappearing and often a sizeable queue forms before someone emerges to serve. There are no chest freezers for guest to help themselves to ice cream/lollies as in other all inclusive hotels I’ve stayed at. Checkout time is 12:00. As I had a long flight, I wanted to relax (nap) in my room until my alarm woke me at 11:45. I was fully packed and fully ready to go. But, despite illuminating the display that I didn’t want to be disturbed, the cleaner entered my room. I told her I was leaving at 12:00 . Obviously, she didn’t understand because half an hour later, she again let herself into my room. It was still only 10:55 at this point. Any chance of sleep was gone so it meant I had an extra hour hanging around the hotel lobby waiting for my transfer.
Personally, the negatives far outweigh the positives so I wouldn’t consider returning to this hotel.

Very good hotel food is superb
Food poisoning
We have both been very sick since we have been here. We both ate different things and both ended up sick on 2 different days.
Not many english speaking people work here. Maybe because its end of season ita very quiet rooms are cleaned well and fridge stocked up in room.
There is plenty of places to sit and eat and drink and pool is nice.
Its isolated from any sort of towns.
Theres a couple of shops across the street but nothing else.
Wouldn't return simply on the fact we both got food poisoning.
Avoid at all costs!!!
I have been building up for weeks to my holiday to Sensitive Premium Resort and Spa with my partner Cath but that dream was soon to be shattered. On arriving at the hotel the sign outside showed exactly from the off why this hotel is not 5 star. Ok hand held up the entrance and the Lobby is very impressive. Receptionists seemed very helpful. I asked if our room was in a quiet area. ‘Oh yes a nice quiet room’ he replied 😂😂, found that out not to be true (see later). After leaving the lift and being taken to our room the carpets was disgustingly filthy with food stains obviously caused by people taking food back to their rooms, spilling it and leaving it all over the corridor carpet. . Entering the room you think ummm very nice. On close inspection though you notice the stapled areas of wallpaper covering up what I only expected to be damp. This was confirmed by the stench of damp in the bathroom of the leaking sink. We had to place a towel underneath the sink after using it. Bathroom sinks do not have plugs therefore no availability for hand washing. Only available laundry is hotel service costing around 8 euros per item. Bedding not changed and had to request this on day 6. Thoughts turned to the balcony, so much for expecting a nice view ‘wrong’ it overlooked a builders working yard which laid next to a woodland. In that area during the night was about 5/6 dogs that barked constantly for most of the night. Whilst I’m on about noise. The night’s entertainment was held outside in the pool stage area. Unfortunately during our stay of 10 days it rained at night for 7 of them. Which brought it inside to the bar area. The music was painfully loud and played to full capacity until 11pm. I don’t know what the answer if but any families with children would have had a terrible time trying to get them to sleep early. On to the food, à la carte was available at just two restaurants Turkish,Italian. You were only allowed 1 per 10 night stay. The Italian being open on Wednesday evening only. Usually in most 5 stars there are themed food nights. Not in Sensitive Premium just the same old same old cold repetitive food. The pool area was kept lovely and clean although overcrowded with sunbeds and no waiter service. Only a handful of staff members were friendly others down right ignorant that said the hotel shop retailers were very friendly and helpful with prices even more reasonable when shopping out and about. Clear to say we will not be returning back to Sensitive Premium Belek 👋🏻👋🏻
