Karya’s class was great and fun! She is a great teacher!
Arrival for such a big hotel its not very clear where you need to go when you first walk in. So take a left and reception is a little walk that way. A host then shows you to your room which is good as its so big you will get lost.
A La Carte No issue booking anything. this hotel actually deals with bookings perfectly. the reservations do not physically open to be booked until 10am that day. so you don't need to panic about trying to get things booked in we managed to get every restaurant we wanted as you could only book it on the day. The food is absolutely amazing in all of the restaurants. We tried Italian, Turkish, Asian, The Turkish at land of legends (which was better than the one here) and Greek/cypriot. all of them were amazing.
24hr restaurant only closes twice during a 24 hour period to be cleaned. Food here is better than the buffet and service is amazing
Buffett Considering its a 5* hotel we personally found the buffet very repetitive and not a lot of options. But there are that many other restaurants we didn't eat in there again.
The outdoor food section (near the pools) Most of the meat was overcooked and dry. The salad and fruit was lovely as it was all fresh and kept topped up but overall not all that.
Rooms Our room was spacious and the cleaners were amazing.
Pools both of the main pools were really good. We tended to stick to the one on the left as they had the double bedded sun beds but I still floated around both on the Lilo. Plenty of beds didn't need to fight for any. Fridges scattered around with soft drinks and water. Ice crems in a freezer in the bar area near the pools
Unlimited Starbucks - enough said
Arcades - FREE. They have full bowling lanes, pool and a few arcade games all free.
Access to Land of Legends. We had a fab day at the waterpark which you get free entry too and then we went back another evening for shopping and food. The evening is rammed as everyone is there to take pics as it is so pretty.
The only thing we find in Turkey is the evening entertainment is not all that and the shows don't seem to start until 21:45-22:00 which is late for a lot of families.
the animation team was absolutely great, thank you so much! MELI!
Currently, we are about half way through our stay at the Rixos Premium Hotel in Belek. This hotel has lived up to our standards and gone beyond our expectations!!
To start at the beginning, during our arrival we were greeted at the door with chocolate strawberries, champagne and a warm welcome!! In general, we have found the staff at the hotel to be extremely helpful and friendly. Specifically, having a holiday assistant (especially during the first few days!) is a huge help. Katerina has been available to answer all our questions and queries and it has been very much appreciated.
Later, we saw our room which was immaculate and had two separate bedrooms and bathrooms, making it more than comfortable for the entire family. The cleanliness of the room was excellent when we first arrived and the rest of the hotel lives up to the same exact standard.
In terms of food, this hotel has so many options. They have the buffet area and several other restaurants to choose from. To start with, the buffet selection is incredible with so many options and something for everyone as well as a huge selection of ice creams and deserts. Excellent food all round!!
The three restaurants include: Greek, Italian and Asian. So far we have tried both the Italian and Asian restaurants and both have been a successes with a very high quality standard of food! You can also tell that the food is made specifically for those restaurants and not just ‘stolen’ from the buffet. However, it is important to note that you can only go to each restaurant once, so while you are at each restaurant make sure to really enjoy!! It is a shame but we also understand that the restaurants would be packed otherwise!!
The activities have been incredibly varied and enjoyable! With ‘Rixy Club’ for children (including a splash park!) Aswell as the games room and bowling alley section which we have used immensely!! Playing one round of bowling every night!! We also witnessed the Rixy Club evening festival which had lots to do for children and was a great addition to the evening. Finally, regarding activities, the shows, entertainment and performances have been a great addition to each evening!!!
The Irish Sports Bar has been a great way to watch the current football games happening, however, it does seem slightly small and we would recommend coming early to reserve a seat!!
Lastly, during the day there is lots to do with most choosing between two main options (not that these are the only options, just the main two!!)
The pool area is lovely with a huge amount of sunbeds and areas to sit, as well as two long pools with plenty of space - also very nicely kept!!
Land Of Ledgends has also been a highlight with so much to do and the free access to the park and free bus rides to and back. The only fault that we have found is the fact that the bus only leaves once in the morning (10am) and has 3, slightly odd times that it comes back (4pm, 5pm, 11pm) it may be helpful if the hotel could add another bus timing such as 11am and 6pm (for example).
Overall, our experience at the hotel so far has been brilliant, we would highly recommend and would come again!!
A wonderful experience at the Rixos Premium we regularly go to Belek and have been to other Hotels which are all first class but the Rixos o would say was a little above the average 5 ⭐
