The restaurant was very busy, but Melisa was great and helped us get seated and treated us through the dinner and was smiling through the process. Great job

Regnum Cayra, still brilliant...
Been to the Regnum Carya before a few years ago, and still love it.
Beautiful grounds and exceptionally clean everywhere, the staff all work so hard to make your stay as perfect as possible.
The little zoo/farm is just adorable and all the animals look well cared for, now they even have Alpacas and Deer!!
Visited the kids club a few times, and wow how incredible was this place, a lovely English girl working there as well called Lara, my girls loved her.
Sandals restaurant was great and the staff, Sammi, Yunus, Volkan and Basak always looked after us very well, so thanks to them.
Shout out to Cemre (sunglasses girl) and Ibrahim the towel man. Also a mention to Muhammet at Alia, really nice and great service.
Overall a brilliant holiday, and thanks to ALL the staff, we will come back.
