An excellent hotel with incredible facilities and outstanding staff with great work ethos aimed at first class customer care and service. Great food selection especially in the enormous buffet which seems to serve everything available in the restaurants Very good wine and bar service. We will be back for another (3rd!) visit. Excellent gym and swimming to help burn off the excess calories you will consume!

Not quite 5*
Firstly I would say this is one of the most beautiful hotels/resorts we have stayed in and so easily could be scored 5 out of 5 with just a few adjustments.
The amazing side of it …. Rooms, restaurants, bars, pools and public areas are all stunning, well presented and well maintained with no complaints to make on any of this.
The room for improvement unfortunately is some of the staff!! In particular the reception, concierge and guest relations team! Bearing in mind they are the first thing to experience when you arrive and to be made to feel an inconvenience in their busy day, be made to feel your queries are just down right boring to them and when checking out after spending thousands of pounds to stay at the resort to not even be asked “how was your stay” is inconceivable to a very seasoned traveller.
With the first impressions set it is hard work for the remaining staff to get your confidence back! There are no good mornings / afternoons or smiles from most “suited” staff and they appear to leave that to the other staff. How disappointing and arrogant of them.
Will we be back ? 100% because the place is amazing and it is worth the price tag however from a customer facing professional I would wholeheartedly suggest some of the revenue is spent on training front of house. Such a shame for everyone else who works here
Great hotel
What I love most about this hotel is the beautiful greenery, the spacious grounds, and the fantastic sports programs. But the trainer, Sehit, is definitely a highlight! He makes every workout special.

A lot of areas of development
Positives. Very clean and very good kids club. The beach staff are also fab and faultless as is yousef (Joseph) the photographer. The hotel its self is beautiful and you have the ability to use two hotels which is very good. The concierge I found brilliant very quick to respond and very helpful. Aqua park staff are very kind all smile and are very efficient.
Areas of development for over 12k there are some things you’d expect. The room was sometimes filled with coffee sometimes not. I forgot contraceptive (condoms) however sometimes filled sometimes not 🤷🏻♂️ My mother is badly allergic to cats and they are everywhere we have the pearl villa and they are always at the door and force themselves in which freaked out my daughter who’s scared of cats for some reason.
The buffet staff sometimes bring a high chair sometimes don’t leaving service hit and miss we found the women were far better the the male servers
On check in they asked for a credit card which is fine I went to play the arcade with my son but was advised it comes off that CC, went to swap CC at reception and was told no it can’t be done which felt unhelpful I can’t see why I don’t want my wife to pay and add my CC again for the price you pay id expect a certain level of service.
Indoor pool staff the 3 times Iv been have not made eye contact or moved from there seat near the doors or than to walk outside, very cold however reception to that area were always amazing
Last two days of holiday left and I’m not sure I’d come back on some of the short comings
