Located directly on the beach at Bogazkent, just eight kilometres from Belek, this stunning hotel consists of a complex of seven buildings with panoramic lifts occupying 40,000 square metres of land. The hotel features modern décor in its spacious lobby and elegant lobby bar, There is an in-house buffet restaurant in addition to several a la carte restaurants for guests to choose from. Guests can enjoy shopping at the shopping arcade, relax in the spa and hold meetings or workshops in the fully-equipped conference facilities. The sprawling outdoor complex includes a sparkling outdoor pool and a children's pool with waterslides as well as a private beach. For golf enthusiasts, the nearest course is only 3.5 kilometres away, and with public transport close to the hotel, it is easy to get around.
I would have given this resort 5 stars if it were not for several issues that affected our health during the stay. It has everything a 5-star resort should have and is definitely one of the best resorts I have visited during 7 years of regularly staying at resorts in Turkey.
As a frequent resort guest, I am sharing the following as constructive feedback.
⭐ Zeus Photography
Zeus Photography is by far the best photography team in the resort. The two brothers are professional, friendly and take amazing photos and albums at very reasonable prices. Highly recommended!
👏 Special thanks to the staff
Sahin, the bartender at the Infinity Pool, deserves a special mention. Excellent service and always friendly.
Batuhan, from the restaurant, was also very kind and helpful.
And Ruslan is definitely the best bartender in the resort. Excellent service, professional and always welcoming. Best review for these three!
🛏️ Rooms
Whoever says the rooms are not clean or luxurious clearly had a different experience.
Our room was probably the largest resort room we have ever stayed in. It was spacious, luxurious and very well equipped: conditioner, body lotion, toothbrushes, bathrobes, towels, 3 pillows per person, slippers, chocolates, chips, water and beer.
🍸 Bars & Drinks
A very good selection of alcohol, including bottled beer, Jack Daniel’s, several types of gin, Baileys and more. The cocktail menu is also very extensive, but I think alcohol is not strong, after drinking 10 beers, nothing felt.
🏪 Resort Shop
Unfortunately, extremely overpriced. A pack of cigarettes can cost around €10, while some creams are around €35. I understand resort shops are more expensive, but these prices are excessive.
🏊 Infinity Pool
The Infinity Pool is the most beautiful part of the resort. However, sometimes children were using it without being noticed by security. Rules should be enforced consistently.
🌊 Sea & Beach Shower
Several times the sea looked dirty and had foam/bubbles. There is a shower above the beach, and the water falls onto the mat underneath before flowing towards the sea. Please check this carefully.
🍽️ Food – the strongest point
The food is the strongest part of the resort: excellent quality and incredible variety.
Long queues: There are often 10 minutes queues for the best meat and fish, both at breakfast and dinner. Cooking capacity needs better organization.
Tables & cutlery: Many tables were empty but not cleaned, and sometimes there were not enough forks and knives. We often had to call a waiter to clean the table.
Spicy food: Many meat dishes contain spices. Please clearly mark which dishes are spicy, as some guests can react even to small amounts of pepper.
Apart from these points, the food is outstanding.
⚠️ Health, Air Conditioning & Comfort
This is one of the main reasons I cannot give 5 stars.
My wife and I stayed for 8 days. From day 3 onwards, we both developed a skin reaction with many bumps on our backs and arms. I spoke with around 10 other guests who had exactly the same reaction, mainly on their backs and arms, and all of them had used the Infinity Pool. We cannot say for certain what caused it, but this absolutely deserves to be investigated.
There were also many mosquitoes, especially around the Arena, Sunset Bar and Beach Bar in the evenings.
But the air conditioning is a much more serious issue.
The restaurant was absurdly cold, especially at tables where the air conditioning was blowing directly onto guests. People were coming straight from the beach or from a shower, and then sitting in an extremely cold restaurant. A moderate temperature would be much more appropriate.
Even more concerning, when we returned to our room after the beach, the air conditioning was running even though our room card was not inserted and we had not requested it.
It is completely abnormal for the room air conditioning to be turned on without the guest's request or permission. Going from around 40°C outside to an extremely cold room is simply not reasonable.
Unfortunately, my wife has now been ill for two days and has developed a chest cold. For us, this was not just an issue of comfort anymore — it directly affected our holiday and our health.
It is simply unacceptable for a 5-star resort to keep guest rooms and common areas unnecessarily cold without considering the guests' comfort or request.
🎭 Entertainment
The same dance group performed on 4 of our 8 days, although with different routines. More variety would be better.
There is also not enough seating for the evening shows. Many guests stand or sit at the bar, while some tables are reserved an hour early with only a bottle of water.
Monday’s live music was almost entirely Turkish — around 10 minutes in English and approximately 1 hour 20 minutes in Turkish. For an international resort, the music should be more balanced.
💃 Disco Club
Unfortunately, one of the weakest areas. If you are without children and want nightlife, there is little reason to go. The club rarely fills up, and the seating arrangement makes it worse. Around 33 tables are effectively reduced to about 11 larger tables, so guests arrive, cannot find a place and leave.
⭐ Overall
This is still a very good resort, with excellent rooms, facilities, drinks and especially food.
I would have given 5 stars, but the health-related issues and several organizational problems prevent me from doing so.
After 7 years of visiting Turkish resorts, I believe these details are what separate a good 5-star resort from an exceptional one. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and uses it to improve the guest experience.
Holiday in this hotel is good, food amazing top, we liked so much, we want to go back again 👍👍👍
Everything is amazing, service is great and the resort is very clean, great rooms. Only downside is the beach
The location is great,a little too far from the airport Antalya. Rooms are clean and spacious ,but the bathroom i think that need same upgrades 🙈 The best things off all is the food;fresh everyday ,dishes made in front of you, special dishes made by chefs in front of you and all this at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff very friendly. The minus is that at the beach is not very clean the staff came rarely to gather the rubbish.
Everthing is well organised, you may have a rest with your family. Nothing more.
