Wonderful Holiday Experience
I visit Kempinski Belek every summer to have a holiday with my family. Every year we leave this hotel with great memories. The stuff here are professional and also friendly, especially Mehmet Üregen is very kind, hardworking and helps us with any kind of our needs in the restaurant.
Hotel has very good options for adults, rooms are clean and tidy but for kids it may have more options where they can spend time with and without their parents.
NOT the average Tuskish all-inclusive hotel
This was our 8th stay in the Belek area, but our first time at this hotel, so we know what to look for.
This is not the typical Turkish all-inclusive resort, and this was exactly what we liked most about it. These types of hotels are usually huge, with 500+ rooms, while the Kempinski has far fewer rooms, creating a much more peaceful, intimate and exclusive atmosphere. Despite being smaller, it still offers everything you would expect from a luxury resort.
Our room was spacious and clean. Food was amazing and the selection is perfect. Staff was very welcoming and nice.
The spa is amazing, we had different massages during our stay and they were all fantastic.
The beach and pool area is nice, not crowded and the sun loungers are not right next to each other so you can relax in a nice environtment.
We also loved that we did not have to deal with towel cards. You can grab a towel any time you want.
No water slides, so less noise and less kids. We love kids, don’t get me wrong, but I know that for some people it is important.
No animation team, so you can relax on the beach without constantly trying to politely say no to activities. Same for the photographers.
Our overall experience was great and we had a very nice time.

Excellent hotel
e spent a week here and I appreciate the welcome upon arrival, where the lady in red arranged everything and we even got a better room. The rooms, beach, beach service, restaurant and bars, everything is perfect. Just a small complaint about the wine selection, there was only one type of Turkish, which was not very drinkable, and then one type from Chile and the white one was not available. And as for the food, it was perfect and delicious.

“Disappointing cleanliness and maintenance”
I have been staying at Kempinski Hotel The Dome Belek for 6 days, and unfortunately I have noticed something that I find very disappointing for a 5-star Kempinski hotel.
During these 6 days, I have hardly seen any cleaning staff maintaining the outdoor areas of the hotel. I have never seen the outdoor areas being properly washed or cleaned, and the pool and beach areas do not appear to receive the level of continuous maintenance I would expect from a hotel of this category.
Another thing I noticed is the sunbed covers and towels around the beach and pool areas. During my entire stay, I have not seen them being systematically changed. In comparison, at Calista, where I have stayed before, the sunbed covers were removed every evening, washed/changed, and fresh ones were placed again in the morning. There was also continuous cleaning and maintenance of the outdoor areas throughout the day.
I am not saying that the entire hotel is dirty, but the outdoor cleanliness and daily maintenance simply do not feel like the standard I expect from a Kempinski property.
The hotel has a beautiful location and great potential, but cleanliness and attention to detail in the outdoor areas are very important, especially at a luxury 5-star resort.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, because these small details make a big difference in the overall guest experience.
