A beutiful Resort in need of Maintenance
The hotel is exceptionally large family resort. Would especially like to praise the incredibly well-organized main restaurant, where the food is always fresh, delicious, and excellently prepared. The staff work extremely hard to maintain such high standards, and their dedication truly deserves recognition.
The entertainment is also fantastic, with something for everyone. The evening shows are of a very high standard, and I thoroughly enjoyed the performances. The Turkish dance spectacular, in particular, was an absolute feast for the eyes!
Unfortunately, the rooms are in need of renovation. Size of te room, sea view top, is great but all the rest is not 5 star. Our suite was quite poorly maintained and definitely did not meet our expectations.
The swimming pools are beautiful, but unfortunately, they are not heated, which is far from ideal in October. The only heated pool is one of the smallest, and it is constantly overcrowded with children and babies, making it almost impossible to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing swim. Interestingly, this same pool is divided into two sections, with one half designated for guests aged 16 and over. However, that section is absolutely freezing, which completely defeats the purpose.
In my opinion, this hotel is nowhere near the standard of Rixos Premium Belek or Kempinski The Dome Belek. We tried the b. Nevertheless, we still managed to create some wonderful memories during our stay.
My overall impression is that if you choose to stay at this hotel, you should definitely book the Lagoon accommodation option rather than the standard rooms. That seems to be the key to a much better experience.

Honeymoon vacation
We are having a wonderful honeymoon at this beautiful hotel! ❤️ Our stay has been amazing so far, and we are truly enjoying every moment. The beautiful atmosphere, excellent service, and friendly staff make us feel very special and welcome. A special thank you to our holiday assistant, Mr. Taha, for his outstanding hospitality and support. He is always friendly, attentive, professional, and ready to help with anything we need. His kindness and genuine care make a real difference to our experience and make our honeymoon even more special. We truly appreciate all his efforts and the attention he gives to making sure we have a fantastic stay. 🌟Our holiday is still ongoing, and we are already creating beautiful memories that we will cherish for a long time. We would also like to thank the entire hotel team for their warm hospitality and excellent service. A big thank you to everyone, especially Mr. Taha, for making our honeymoon so special and memorable! ❤️💍 We are looking forward to enjoying the rest of our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to other couples, especially honeymooners!

Great facilities and lovely pool area.
Buffet is amazing but always the e same food - no themed evenings. And "All Inclusive Plus" to me means everything included but the 4 on site specialist themed restaurants are charged at €40 pp per meal.
Overall great staff and super helpful especially by pool / beach
And many beach beds claimed with no one on the bed !
Almost perfect
Location is perfect Atmosphere is nice Rooms spacious and nice - curtains must be darker The hotel is very clean Noise leben in the evening is a bit too loud but at 10.30 it stops
Spa area could be perfect but is too full and loud - it doesn’t feel like a calm place. Maybe add one more warm Whirlpool and massage pricing is too high
Service is great , everyone very Friendly. Sometime at breakfast and dinner the service is a bit slow with cleaning
The gym really needs an upgrade - it is a bit too old and som of the machines doesn’t work
