We had an absolutely exceptional stay at IC Hotels Santai Family Resort. Everything is perfectly designed for families: the kids' concept is truly outstanding, with top-notch entertainment, wonderful kids' clubs, and fantastic pool areas that delighted both children and adults. The food was varied and delicious, the grounds are beautiful, and the staff is incredibly warm, attentive, and helpful especialy Kids' club entertainer: ZHIBEK. We are leaving with wonderful memories and will definitely be back!
Awful experience from Start to Finish….
Been to various hotels in the Belek area so have a fair idea what to expect….
This hotel is supposedly a 4star plus on Jet 2, I would give it 3 Stars at a push!
• Arrival reception just checked us in gave us a room card and told us to scan the qr code for information, not a warm welcome…
• The rooms, we had a garden view, this was downstairs and this area was dated and smelt musty, the room itself again dated and smelt with patches of mould on the ceiling and on the chair, the bathroom had a nice walk in shower but the drains smelt…. (We complained and was told to come to reception in the morning but after 3 days of this we gave up as we were fed up of living in a suitcase)
•Guest Relations, Terrible!
The young Asian girl who obviously rates herself didn’t get her name, she is horrible and rude! We had an accident what ended up with my partner being knocked unconscious after falling down some steps that were rather dangerous at night as they are not marked…. After she started regaining consciousness this woman was shoving a form in her face for her to sign not even explaining what it was. First aid was also terrible, staff members had no basic knowledge….
The hotel didn’t even check on us until we raised a complaint to our Rep….
They obviously knew there was a problem as the next day the steps were all nicely marked out….
•Food, it’s ok…. If you can eventually find a table and get some cutlery.. main restaurant is chaotic and extremely noisy , air conditioning is very poor at best here, staff are not attentive feels very understaffed (they do work hard) managers just seem to walk around and not help out…. Best food seems to be in the outside area….
• Pool area, The pool area is brilliant my daughter loved it, very clean…. Splash park is great…. And again the slides were great fun.
Ice cream shop was amazing loads of choice, Pool bar was great, as was the special cocktail bar at the side of it….
Whole area was very safe for kids….
• Beach area was again brilliant, very clean, sea was safe and clean too….
Beach bar was great for food at lunchtime too again could feel understaffed…. But always clean ( the older guy who was always sweeping the area kept it very clean, very hardworking)
• The whole place is great for children, but lacks the service and attention to detail that most of the hotels in the area have….. My 7 year old daughter loved it, but us adults our experience was not as good……. Wouldn’t go back or recommend this place unfortunately….

Our family of 4 stayed in August for 10 nights in a Star swim up villa. We had a lovely stay, food was varied, grounds were very well kept and staff very friendly and helpful. Just be aware that when you book a swim up villa you may be given a second floor villa which obviously is not swim up but has direct pool access, this is very misleading when booking, we booked from the UK and spoke to families from other countries who actually paid less to stay in the second floor villas. Also the sun-beds are allocated with the ground floor villas so it can be tricky for the second floor villas to find free beds. We were allocated a second floor villa on arrival but asked to be moved to a ground floor vila because we had paid for a swim up villa not direct pool access and a few nights into our stay we were moved to a ground floor villa.
Nice game in volley ball. Nice ambiance Nice food Familly hotel
