Superb resort
Superb resort with outstanding service throughout. Very comfortable rooms, great restaurant with fantastic buffet plus a couple of additional à la carte restaurants for a very small additional charge. Impossible to find fault.

All around great resort!
We were surprised how good it was! Staff were great, room was clean and comfortable (we had a basic room), the food was incredible both selection wise and quality (and I'm not foodie). We didn't spend too much time at the resort as we were off site swimming at the Gloria Sports Hotel, but if we go back to the area I would definitely stay at the Gloria Verde Resort again.
Great few days .
We arrived late in the evening, but we're directed to the restaurant were we quickly supplied with chicken , fries and salad and drinks .Great service throughout our stay .Our room was large ,spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The restaurants were at times busy but always the food was exceptional. We enjoyed the bands that were playing when we were there but didn't see a show.We only found the wonderful patisserie on our last day ,this was probably a good thing because the cakes all looked amazing .We would definitely recommend this hotel to families ,couples and groups .

Relaxing holidsy
Really enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a problem with the electrics, rang reception and it was sorted within 20 minutes. Would recommend Gloria Verde hotel.

Awful welcome
A very bad experience. This was the 16th time that we stayed in Gloria Verde since 2008, and each year the service becomes poorer. This time, not only we were awarded no upgrade of room as before for a long time faithful customer, but we were in fact upon arrival (at 1 o'clock at night) downgraded to a ridiculously small "new room" with inadequate bathroom in an annex, and had to spend most of the next day of our holidays to finally move to a standard room! And no excuse nor compensation...
