This charming beach hotel was renovated in 2007, and offers guests 367 rooms in total. It provides extensive facilities amidst its own pine forest and beside the Mediterranean coast. The air-conditioned SPA complex welcomes guests to take advantage of the karaoke bar, dance school and disco, as well as all the other on-site facilities provided for a memorable stay. With a range of sports, leisure and SPA options, guests are sure to find something within this modern complex to suit their mood. The hotel also offers a pool area, with two outdoor pools, a heated indoor saltwater pool and a poolside snack bar and sun terrace. Guests may also wish to take part in an aerobics or aqua fit session or choose from a selection of SPA and massage treatments.

Amazing!
The whole experience for last couple weeks at this hotel was wonderful. Live music, entertainment, great food, welcoming staff and amazing rooms. Especially Id like to point out the Italian restaurant La Trattoria and two of the staff members that were the most memorable and helpful: Emrah bey and Nuri. Those two made the experience even smoother and furthermore made an already great restaurant feel like home
A nice, renovated hotel with great food!
We are experienced travelers. This is our first time staying at this hotel. The hotel has been renovated; some areas are still old, but 90% of it is new and modern. We were traveling with an infant, and the hotel provided a cot, a baby bathtub, and a sterilizer. The vast majority of the staff are competent and helpful, even those who don’t work directly with guests. I asked the gardener not to make noise while our son was sleeping, and he worked quietly. We enjoyed the quality and variety of the cuisine. I liked the French restaurant. For those used to eating steak at good European or American steakhouses, the local à la carte restaurant wasn’t very impressive. I’d especially like to mention the large grounds-for those who love to walk, this is the perfect hotel. On the downside - though this is more a matter of personal preference than a fault of the hotel - I’d note:
- We stayed in a standard villa, which had two floors: the living room on the first floor and two bedrooms with private bathrooms on the second. Since we hardly used the first floor at all, we could have just as well booked a large room in the main building.
- On the hotel grounds, service staff and some guests get around on electric carts. There are no separate lanes for vehicles, so pedestrians constantly cross paths with the carts.
- Oh, and be sure to bring special beach shoes. The beach has rocks where the water meets the shore.

What a hotel . This was our 4 th time here and it was better than ever . Food exceptional, service unbelievable. Staff committed to give you the best experience possible, so friendly in all areas of the hotel. Management should have a Pat on the back for there staff training, I guarantee you will have the best possible holiday at the Gloria Serenity. Spotlessly clean , rooms superb to give you an idea I will post 2 pics of the toilet in reception area

The hotel reception orders a fake taxi.
I have stayed at this hotel many times. While it might technically deserve a 5-star rating, in my view, it has dropped to a 1-star level following a scandalous and dangerous incident. After checking out, I asked the hotel reception to call a taxi for me. A yellow car arrived with a "Taxi" sign on the roof, and hotel staff loaded our luggage into the trunk. Once we set off, it became clear that this was not a legitimate taxi, but a scam. There was no driver identification displayed, nor was there a taximeter. For safety reasons, we decided to continue to our destination (another hotel). Upon arrival, the driver demanded an astronomical sum—insisting on cash only, specifically in Euros—and refused to provide a receipt. Furthermore, the vehicle lacked any official taxi markings, identification numbers, or similar credentials. The hotel’s customer service department responded by stating that they cannot be held responsible for an external company they work with—even though it was the hotel staff themselves who summoned this fraudulent taxi. They have no intention of taking further action, such as reporting the incident to the police, despite having access to surveillance footage. This stance suggests the possibility that the hotel reception staff may be colluding with a "taxi mafia."

Home away from home with extra Luxery
We returned to Serenity in October 2026 having missed going in 2025. It was like returning to our second home. Food and Beverage facilities were numerous and diverse, catering for all tastes, from breakfast to evening meals and all the choices in between. Patisserie, gelato, chocolatier, every choice was available with a smile and top class service. The variety of bars to suit your mood were numerous and international brand drinks included. The mixologists came up with varied and interesting cocktails, just tell them what your taste preferences are and you will be served a dream cocktail led by Ali. The A la Carte restaurants are extra charge, these are top class with the Chefs Table highly under rated by guests. This fine dining was truly wonderful, top marks to the executive chef and his team on producing wonderful food, with top class service where each course was explained. Definitely worth a visit. We had some rainy days but plenty to keep us occupied, haman, gym, spa, walks or simply enjoying the vibe in the hotel. The senior management were always available if only for a quick chat. The hotel is kept spotless and if any issues they were rectified super quick. Our night cleaner Kezban, whom we have known for years is simply the best, she provides wonderful service. Guest Relations (thank you Aliona & Ozler) looked after all our requirements with a smile. It is a hotel where we meet return guests each year and we all believe the same of Serenity. It is hard to improve on perfection. We will return in 2027, can't wait.
