I absolutely loved ela exelence it was sooooo good the kids were having a great time in the kids club and it was huge I watched the Spain vs Argentina game and the staff were doing a brilliant job.

What truly makes a holiday exceptional is not merely the facilities or the surroundings, but, above all, the people who make you feel genuinely welcome, valued, and cared for. Our stay at Ela Excellence Resort Belek in 2026 was a wonderful experience, defined by outstanding hospitality, attentive service, and, most importantly, the human touch that makes all the difference.
Throughout our stay, we were impressed by the consistently high level of attention and the genuine willingness of the staff to go the extra mile. The food offered an enjoyable variety, with different options to discover, while the service was consistently warm, thoughtful, and professional.
A special mention goes to Aliya Zhumadil from the main restaurant, whose attentive approach and genuine care made our dining experiences particularly memorable. When travelling with a large group, open communication about individual needs and expectations is essential. Aliya understood this beautifully, demonstrating how a simple, honest conversation, combined with a sincere desire to help, can transform good service into an exceptional experience.
I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Mehtap, who was wonderful from the very first moment until the end of our holiday. Her proactive attitude, thoughtful assistance, and willingness to accommodate our needs made us feel genuinely valued. In particular, arranging an early opening of the gym for us was a gesture that may seem small in practical terms, yet speaks volumes about the hotel's service philosophy. It made us feel that our preferences mattered and that we were being treated as individuals rather than simply as guests.
From beginning to end, both my children and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. What we appreciated most was the feeling that the people around us genuinely cared about making our holiday special. This is precisely what distinguishes a truly excellent hotel: not just its facilities or amenities, but the quality of its people, their attentiveness, and their ability to create meaningful experiences through personal connection.
Ela Excellence Resort Belek has certainly left us with wonderful memories. We are grateful to Aliya, Mehtap, and the entire team for making our holiday so enjoyable. It is the human touch that elevates hospitality to another level, and this is what we will remember most about our stay. We would be delighted to return.
The Highlights of our holiday in Ela 2026
Travelling all the way from Nigeria, this was our first visit to Ela Excellence and I can confidently say that it has been a thoroughly delightful and memorable experience for our entire family. What particularly distinguishes this resort is its exceptional commitment to creating a truly family-friendly environment. The sheer variety of activities available for children is remarkable. From the fire engine experience and the wonderfully imaginative LEGO room to the cinema and numerous other entertainment facilities, every day offered something new and exciting for our children to discover. As parents, there is no greater satisfaction than witnessing the genuine happiness of our children, and Ela Excellence certainly delivered on that front. The resort itself is impressively expansive, with beautifully maintained grounds, generous recreational spaces and an atmosphere that allows families to relax and enjoy themselves without feeling overcrowded. The dining experience has also been very satisfying. The main buffet offers a commendable variety of dishes, with sufficient choice, good quality and consistently enjoyable meals to cater to different tastes and preferences. Another outstanding aspect of our stay has been the warmth, professionalism and attentiveness of the staff. The entire team deserves recognition for their courtesy, kindness and willingness to assist. The guest assistants, in particular, have been exceptionally helpful, approachable and responsive, making it remarkably easy to communicate any requests or concerns. However, what truly left a lasting impression on us was the compassion demonstrated when our son experienced a health-related issue during our stay. Mehtap, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that we felt supported, reassured and genuinely cared for. Alongside the wider team, she showed an extraordinary level of empathy and attentiveness during what could otherwise have been a very distressing experience for our family. Being so far away from home, that kindness meant more to us than words can adequately express. At no point did we feel alone. It is often said that exceptional hospitality is not simply about luxurious facilities or excellent amenities, but about how people make you feel. Ela Excellence embodies this philosophy beautifully. We arrived from Nigeria as first-time guests, but we leave with wonderful memories, immense appreciation and a genuine desire to return. Our heartfelt thanks to Mehtap and the entire Ela Excellence team for making our family's holiday so special. We would wholeheartedly recommend this resort to families seeking a luxurious, engaging and genuinely caring holiday experience.
Beautiful resort, great for an active but relaxing stay!
We have been really pleasantly surprised by our stay at ELA Excellence, after previous holidays at resorts such as the Cullinan, we were a little apprehensive but ultimately very happy with our choice! A key reason for choosing ELA was the option to have a two bedroom suite to share with our teenage son, at a price that didn’t completely break the bank! The Lakehouse family suite was exactly as advertised, very spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities you could wish for. The setting for these rooms is beautiful and peaceful, it’s just a shame that the Lakehouse pool isn’t heated, which makes it pretty hard to use in October! The sports & activities provision is very impressive, there is a great schedule of activities each day, with a good level of participation in all of them! Loved the Aqua classes, the ladies who run these deserve a special mention for their enthusiasm and commitment- as well as the supporting team for setting up equipment etc! We also enjoyed the tennis/padel courts and gym facilities (although be aware of the additional cost for padel and further charge for lighting the court after dark). The water park is a great addition and the lifeguards were friendly but vigilant! The indoor pool and spa area is beautiful and open to all - although it could do with a little more monitoring to ensure safe usage, especially where small children are concerned (toddlers should not be allowed in saunas/steam rooms for their own health and safety!). The grounds are beautifully kept and it was lovely to see wildlife thriving, as well as the beautiful olive grove which is carefully maintained. The evening entertainment schedule was good and the food choices are plenty - we loved the patisserie, coffee bar and fruit stand being available all day and evening! Thanks to the whole team for their efforts in keeping this resort running smoothly and efficiently, and making it a beautiful environment for our October holiday.

Happy romantic holiday as couple
We have just enjoyed an absolutely wonderful stay at Ela Hotel as a couple, and we cannot praise the experience highly enough. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations, making it a truly memorable holiday. The quality and variety of the food were outstanding, and the à la carte restaurants were exceptional, offering an excellent dining experience with delicious dishes and impeccable service. Every meal felt special, and the attention to detail was evident throughout. The staff were consistently warm, attentive and professional, always going above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and well looked after. The housekeeping team also deserves special recognition for maintaining such a high standard of cleanliness throughout our stay. The hotel’s app was incredibly useful and convenient, making it easy to organise our holiday and access the services available. The assistance team were always on hand to help with any requests, responding promptly and making everything feel effortless. We particularly loved the pier, which was a fantastic feature and added another special touch to the overall experience. The resort’s exceptional standards, beautiful surroundings and outstanding customer service made our stay genuinely unforgettable.
