This resort hotel is located on the long coastline of Belek in an area known as Bogazkent. The hotel's own beach is a few metres through the hotel's grounds and public where guests may enjoy a sand and pebble beach. The city centre is 10 km away and Antalya Airport is 45 km away from the hotel. Public transport runs just in front of the hotel. A paradise for families with children, the hotel occupies 42,000 m2 of land and consists of a number of low-rise modern designed blocks. All rooms are elegantly decorated, equipped with a satellite TV, air conditioning, a balcony and a private bathroom with toiletries. Furnished in an elegant and contemporary style, guests can relax at the swimming pools and excite with 7 different waterslides. Children guests can take an opportunity to free their minds with variety of activities at the mini club. On arrival guests will be welcomed with a traditional sweet and glass of sherbet.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Location: Quite close to the airport, bus travel takes about an hour. The beach is mostly sandy so you dont really need shoes into the water but also is a bit steep into the water. Causes bigger concentration of people in a smaller perimeter.
Cleanliness: Room was always tidy and nothing was really broken. No mess around pools or on the beach either.
Room: We were accommodated over the bridge in the "older" side of the resort but this was a big plus. The room was paid as regular but was spacy as never before (5 beds in two separated rooms, balcony with seaview, minibar free to use)
Meal: Main restaurant - Nice choice of fish, salads and regular food. Sweet food and fruit is a bit of a limit but nothing important. Other than that 4 Al-carte restaurants (free) + sushi bar (sushi was amazing). Cafe bar inside the hotel is amazing too, there is a lot of sweet dishes to choose from.
Alcohol: Imported booze so you can get wasted in quality! Jack whiskey and Absolut vodka.
Pools: Many water slides (8 regular, 4 with mat) to enjoy, 2 kid's pools
Activity: Didnt try so I wont rate this but the night show was always the best I have ever witnessed
The resort is big but you need some walk while having all inclusive. I was afraid of such a big hotel but the bigger was the surpise.
Amazing stay!
Really bad Please avoid this hotel the staff robbed us !! The food was terrible we didn’t bother with breakfast it was gross 🤢. We went to the Turkish restaurant and the soup tasted of toothpaste. The hotel was dirty with a cat pooed in the restaurant. Overall the hotel was dirty with dirty plasters on the slides steps . The pools are so large they are freezing. The pools had mould in the plastic grills and smelt of dirt and mould . The slides are dangerous we saw a man come down and he broke his nose b*d everywhere and a lady hit her head and was sat with an ice pack . To add insult to injury my partner had pictures with the parrots we were due to leave the hotel so they blue toothed the photos over instead of printing them . When we went to pay they kept saying card declined but got home to a £444 bill !!!!!!!!!!! The bank said to contact the company first before they launch a FRAUD INVESTIGATION. Then bank statement on mobile said Crystal waterworld but they said they the photographers were a private company and gave another number after giving them the benefit of the doubt for a few days they kept passing the buck and told us to fk off and stoped contact I think they did this on purpose as they knew we were going home
Was very nice here although had a few problems with the room and not much variety of food but over all was a lovely hotel
This is an honest review after a 2 week stay in this hotel. Most important thing I want to start with is guest relations staff Naseem who could not have been better or more friendly/helpful and over all just lovely. My observations of the hotel are beyond her remit to fix. Firstly, this is categorically not a 5 star hotel. Its 3.5 – 4 at most. This is my biggest bug bear – should not be advertised as 5 when clearly not 5.
Rooms: Initial room was rubbish and in the depths of the hotel. Nasseem arranged a change for us without any bother to a much better room that met our needs (mobility) Albeit room was significantly better, balcony was rubbish. View blocked by a bush. Very bad lighting. Tired room
Housekeeping: Minimal. Basics carried out. Often left with single duvet on double bed. Glasses/cups not changed. Tea/coffee not refilled. No stirrers (stick)
For five star hotel, no toiletries supplied
Minibar: Not always refilled. Five star hotel and no beer supplied.
Smell: Over all very bad odour in hotel and in grounds
Bars: Far too few waiting staff. Those who are there, run off their feet. Lobby bar (best bar) could end up having to queue for 10mins for a drink.
Poolbar – tiny plastic glasses for beer –
Sunset bar – horrendous queues – no waiting staff.
Irish bar – dark and smelly.
Food: Organised chaos. Pretty good selection, but not hot. Cutlery not set up on tables. Utter cattle market and nightmare to get a seat. NO Rose wine to be found – like gold dust. So frustrating as some waiters went the extra mile to try and source some, but it was few and far between (thanks Mehmet).
Beach bar – food rubbish, small plastic glasses.
Bar by kids area – food ok, not hot, no glasses even indoors – horrible plastic glasses.
Beach: absolute sardine central, impossible to get a bed and filty (not hotels fault), but due to ignorant clientele.
Entertainment: Lobby bar, two guys on guitars good. One good female singer, the rest utter rubbish.
Pool: Loud and annoying. Nasseem showed us a nicer quiet pool, but after first day the bar closed so it was a trek to get a drink.
Towels: - tea clothes!! Tiny, poor quality.
There was a business conference on when we were there and it was awful to hear some of the staff talking in a very derogatory way about women with someone who appears to be a Russian business men (outside lobby bar). Really inappropriate, would not have thought it suitable venue for a corporate event.
Hints/tips
You can avoid the torture of buffet breakfast by going to breakfast lounge which is nice.
Even if bar is closed, other pool is lovely and quiet
Day trip to Antalya old town worth doing. We got local bus and then 25 min walk (got told this by one of the shopkeepers in shops nearby, guest relations not aware).
In the main pool, so many of the sunbeds are covered by a roofing. You need to be down early to grab the small number of sunbeds which will get the sun (v annoying)
Overall, we had a nice holiday. Naseem was amazing lovely woman. Would I recommend this hotel, absolutely not as a 5 star, but potentially at 3.5/4 star.
We stayed at this hotel from 13th to 20th October. To be honest I don't even know we're to start as it was disappointing holiday for the money we paid not worth it at all. I didn't even took any pictures that's how bad my stay was. We stayed in 1055 rooms which was so far away from main entrance , and to the main restaurant. Room itself was horrible, beds so hard couldn't even sleep properly, room dirty, We had a accommodation staff cleaning the room every second day but believe me there was dust everywhere even the first nite we stayed the room was dirty. In the bathroom socket was broken , if you clean the room and see it you will tell the maintenance people to fix it. There was no conditioner ir the bathroom eather all week , so on the second last day I had to find accommodation staff to change it for me at 5 start hotel I shouldn't be asking or giving out about small issues like this. Food in the restaurants was horrible. Sea food restaurant was the worst one I didn't even eat anything as it was cold and same dish for 4 people served different how that makes sence. Japanese restaurant was the best but only sushi was lovely. I understand it's hard to cater for a lot of people , but if you just put a little bit of more love what you do the food could taste much better. Reseption staff not friendly at all omg on the check out when I gived the key cards back the man said ok nothing else how was your stay safe travel home. That's why I wasn't bothered complaining to him as he couldn't care about his guests. At lobby bar always a big line for drinks. There was no entertainment at all only 2 nites Sunday and Monday. I understand the weather wasn't great for few days but this is not an excuse not to have anything on for adults or teenagers. Some of bar staff are so rude is well pretend to care about you while bringing drinks to the table ofcourse we were leaving tips but worst is after each round he kept asking for tips. After all this experience was my worst experience ever I could write even more negative points but that will do for now. A lot off money paid for holiday which was disaster
