Our holiday was perfect and unforgettable ❤️
We came here as a family. We enjoyed everything. The food is delicious, varied. The cocktails and pool bar are great. The guys try to remember their guests and make just a great mojito. Thanks to the Guest relation Manager. Always been there to help. The animation is great. I want more outdoor disco for the future. The live music is beautiful. The man sings great. The animators work really well. Reception, the reception girls gave a beautiful room. They checked in earlier. The room cleaning is great.

Not a 5star
If i can stop one family going here, it would give me great pleasure, they certainly don't cater for the British holiday trailer the place is overcrowded food is very poor quality staff are rude, it most certainly is not a 5 star, we were counting the days till we could go home.
Sand, sea and pleasantly staff and service💕
We had a good rest, gained strength and energy. The sea is warm. The sand is cool, hot and clean. There are plenty of places on the beach and food. In the future, let the interns be more attentive with the service and the collection of dishes, because some people drink cocktails for a long time. The reception chief and the reception Manager gave me a corner room. It's big. Thanks to the customer service for their constant attention and service, you are the best.
Super service in Queens Palace🫡
We had a week off, everything is great at the hotel. The food is five stars, you can always find something you want to eat. The drinks are wonderful. Pornstar martini and Baileys are in my heart. The reception gave a good room. The cleaning was daily. I liked everything and it's very clean. The guest service department is just top. Always ready to help. If the departure is delayed, the hotel team works for ten plus.
Great couple holiday
We stayed for a week. The food and drinks were good and varied. The view from the window of the chicken coops and ducks is very nice, although the pool side is very noisy. The bartenders make good cocktails. It's a great place to relax, whether as a couple or with a family with children. The water slides are good and safe. Reception gave us a nice room in the morning. In the future, they should improve the balcony cleaning. The room was also cleaned beautifully. Overall, thank you for a wonderful stay. I'd like to commend the guest service. They're always available.
