Absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was amazing, the staff were so lovely and welcoming, and everything was perfect from start to finish. The food, atmosphere and facilities were brilliant. Would 100% recommend and can’t wait to come back! ❤️

Take me home if had enough
We are here at the moment 24 th Oct 2026 the hotel at best is 3 star certainly not 5 the room keys keep breaking the staff don't understand you and there is a children's world cup football event so the hotel is full of children with no supervision kicking footballs in the hall ways and ringing all the door bells pushing you out the way we have been to reception to report this and got no where they are even climbing outside of balconies. Our room backs on to an open waste land that stink of raw sewage and is filled with chickens eating said sewage. There is nothing really to do around here either so you can't really escape the madness this in not a holiday it's a nightmare. The rooms are how ever clean and kept well but that is about it . If you come expecting 5 star resort you will be disappointed if come thinking more of a good 3 star you might just about be ok with it
Nice end to the holiday
It was a lovely meal and the staff were very helpful. The food was very tasty and went well with the wine. Made a nice change from the buffet. Defo worth doing

Disappointing dinning experience.
The food at this hotel was disappointing and fell well below the standard I would expect. Although the hotel offered an all-you-can-eat buffet, the overall quality, variety, and presentation were consistently poor. The issue was not the buffet concept itself, but the lack of care in preparing and serving the food.
Many of the dishes were bland and unappetising, while others were cold or barely warm. By the time guests had served themselves and returned to their tables, the food had often cooled even further. The presentation was also lacking, and there appeared to be limited attention to temperature control or the overall dining experience.
The buffet also offered limited consideration for guests travelling from different parts of the world. Hotels welcome international visitors with diverse cultural backgrounds and food preferences, so a reasonable selection of well-prepared dishes should be available to accommodate a range of tastes. Instead, the limited variety and bland flavours made meals feel like something to tolerate rather than enjoy.
This had a significant impact on guests’ experience. Meals should be a positive and enjoyable part of a hotel stay, but the poor taste, low temperatures, limited variety, and unappealing presentation left a very negative impression of the hotel.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes meaningful improvements by offering a wider selection of properly prepared dishes, maintaining appropriate serving temperatures, improving presentation, and giving greater consideration to the needs of international guests. Guests deserve a significantly better dining experience.
