The hotel enjoys a beachfront location on the lovely coast of Belek, just 2 km from the resort centre with its restaurants, bars and shopping venues. Set in large, well-maintained grounds, the resort consists of a main building with a variety of room types and low-rise bungalows . Standard rooms are located in the village part of the complex and have a balcony or terrace. A wide range of activities is available to be enjoyed on the premises. The hotel takes pride in its impressive aqua park set close to the beach, with a number of slides in addition to a children's section, activity pool and a quiet pool. Guests can take advantage of a variety of evening entertainment options, including an , while younger ones can enjoy the hotel's kids' entertainment programme.

Great hotel for families, everything you need especially for kids
Fantastic family stay
Brilliant all round. Plenty of fun for all the family and a beautiful beach. Really friendly, helpful staff.
Lush Gardens, Pristine Beach, and Fantastic Staff!
The hotel has the best grounds we have ever seen in our 15+ times in the region, beautiful pine forest and lush gardens, very environment-friendly policies, and authentic all-around. We stayed in the Aqua Family room with a land view - that one is recommended for families that want extra space and quiet, but still the closest location to the beach and the main restaurant. The food was delicious, we would maybe recommend more sea food and fish overall, but we were extremely satisfied with local dishes, salads, fruit, and cake selection. The interior of the buffet space could be reimagined a bit; it can get too crowded. The beach is amazing, with soft and fine sand, seashells, and the sea itself deserves the Blue Flag, as it is very clean. +16 pool was fantastic, and we were very, very glad to find such a quiet place, with an age limit strictly enforced. Beach Bar is one of the highlights, with great bartenders, as well as the guest relations and coffee corner teams. Overall, the staff is very hard-working, polite, and smiling. Our recommendation is a funny one: more cats, though we have seen some lovely ones! Thank you for everything, and we will definitely be back!
Awful customer service
Extremely disappointing customer service. I've been trying to get in touch with the hotel for days and have received no response. I've emailed four different addresses, contacted them via Instagram, and called several times. On the rare occasion that someone answers, I'm transferred to another department and the call gets disconnected.
I was genuinely looking forward to staying here, but if it's this difficult to make a reservation, I can only imagine what dealing with an actual issue during a stay would be like. Such a shame.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and we absolutely loved everything about it. The rooms were cleaned daily, and there was a huge variety of delicious food to choose from. We enjoyed a gorgeous sea view right from our balcony, and the friendly staff was always happy to help with any questions. I highly recommend this place! If we get the chance, we will definitely come back next year. Our son especially loved the water attractions.
