Boutique feel hotel perfect for both families and couples.
The White City Resort and Spa hotel is the perfect combination of luxury, size and style. The hotel and grounds have a real boutique feel, small enough to feel personal yet large enough that it never felt crowded. The hotel staff are wonderfully helpful and the selection of food available is outstanding, some all incl hotel restaurants can feel like canteens but not this one, we never felt like we were competing for food which added to the relaxing vibe of the establishment. We upgraded our rooms on arrival and were very happy with the room. The in-hotel coffee shop was a great little getaway with fabulous staff. All areas of the hotel felt very clean and modern and the reception area always smelt wonderful. They even have a hotel dog.
As a family group of 7 we visited The White Sense Spa for their hammam package and couldn’t recommend it more. Mehmet and the team were very welcoming. Janner, Melde, Siri, Ani and Inde provided sublime massages. The gym in the spa is also equipped very well.
I would highly recommend the hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to visit in the future.
Absolutely incredible hotel – worth the visit!
As soon as I arrived, I was impressed. The hotel was absolutely spotless and genuinely gorgeous!! It definitely gives off adult-hotel vibes – everything from the way the hotel is designed to all the little details is just amazing. The attention to detail really is incredible! They even have a hotel dog - Bohem! Please give him cuddles! Even though the hotel has that gorgeous, stylish adult-hotel feel, it’s also brilliant for kids. The slides were great and kept them entertained, and the pool is a really good size with plenty of space to enjoy yourselves and cool off. The food was great and there was always something you could find that you liked. At lunchtime I only ever went to the snack bar, and honestly, they do the most incredible burgers!! 🍔 The view overlooking the sea while you’re eating is lovely too. The gym was brilliant as well – good facilities if you like to keep up with your workouts while you’re away. The spa was also really lovely! The staff were really friendly, the drinks were good and we enjoyed the entertainment too. You really cannot go wrong with this hotel. Everything about our stay was incredible and it was absolutely worth the visit. It manages to feel stylish and luxurious while still being really family-friendly. I would definitely recommend it and would happily return. Thank you White City resort! Until next time :)
Fantastic holiday
We’ve had a great week at White City resort. The hotel is spotless. All the staff work non stop! The food was great, there was something for everyone, even if you have fussy eaters like we did. The room cleaner Dilek was fantastic, she picked up that we was celebrating a 40th wedding anniversary & my 11 year old sons birthday so left us a nice treat in our room.0 Burul at guest relations was also always welcoming & helpful. We would definitely recommend to friends & family.

wonderful place
A lovely Hotel. A great family atmosphere. The staff are brilliant and make you feel very welcome. The food is great and the cocktails are fantastic. The rooms are comfortable and the children loved the slides. The white night was so much fun, especiall thanks for Burul!

Excellent greetings, and services, staff are willing to help when ever they can. It is a family inclusion hotel . The variety of food and beverages is top class, with a unstressful atmosphere in the restaurants. There is a choice of bars and places to eat throughout the whole of the complex, the pool is well maintained and attended. Aswell as the seating areas. There is a great entertainment company, that do a variety of pool throughout the day and evening events. Well worth spending time here, hardly need to leave the hotel. '. Sad to go home'. Paul.
