Amazing stay
We had an amazing stay! The staff was so welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious, with such a great variety of dishes. The pool was always clean, and the evening shows were so much fun. We were especially impressed by the staff - they were always so happy to talk to you and help with anything you needed. We honestly wish we could have stayed longer!

Exceptional
My sister and I had a pleasant stay and thoroughly enjoyed our week, despite the thunderstorms. The staff were exceptional and made our holiday even more enjoyable.
At breakfast and lunch, we were always greeted with a smile and friendly banter by Mustafa Uzum, whose warm and engaging personality made every visit a delight. Emin Ates, Adar Demir, and Ade were also welcoming and always greeted us with a smile. These are just a few of the names we managed to note down, but every member of staff we encountered was exceptional and deserves recognition for their outstanding service.
The evening service was equally outstanding. M. Bayer perfected our signature drink, the Cosmopolitan, and had it made exactly to our taste every evening. He remembered our preference and always served us with a smile. Emrecan was also very polite, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our stay.
A special mention goes to Hassan, the Operations Manager, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. He regularly took the time to approach my sister and me for a chat, ensuring we were enjoying our holiday and checking if there was anything we needed. His genuine care and attention made us feel truly valued as guests.
The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout our stay.
We would like to thank the entire team for their friendliness, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality, which made our holiday truly memorable.

Good holiday
Checking in, was easy enough but the forms had 2/3 of our names wrong. The room we were ‘upgraded too’ was a family suite, which was small considering it was a suite. The shower had a smell coming from it, twice in our stay but once reported was dealt with quickly.
The staff were friendly and polite. The entertainment staff made our holiday, shout out too nassima and dasha! Lots of daily activities including beer-pong and aqua gym, the evening entertainment started at 9:30pm but afterwards there was a ‘disco’ in the snack bar which was loads of fun.
Food was amazing, especially the rice. There was breakfast/lunch/dinner but also a snack bar by the beach 12-4 and a late night buffet until 1am which was ideal as we arrived at midnight.
Selection of alcoholic drinks wasn’t great, but sufficient. Location wasn’t ideal. One bar, many shops (which were expensive) but there was a pharmacy and doctors.
Was a fight for the sun loungers, 90% taken by 9am.
Shops in the hotel for snacks and clothes if needed.
Lifts took forever to come.
Vast majority of tourists were Eastern European.
