Numa Bay Exclusive Hotel

Отдыхали в Numabay в октябре 2026 года. С погодой не очень повезло, 5 дней из 8 была плохая погода, но вкусная разнообразная еда, интересные развлечения, детская анимация, внимательный сервис скрасили наш отдых. Был небольшой момент непонимания с гест релишн, что подпортило впечатление, но за работу ребят из анимации, в том числе и детской можно поставить общую оценку 10 из 10. Очень душевные, классные ребята, чувствуется доброе отношение к людям, выкладываются на все 100, что бы отдых был веселым и насыщенным!☺️ Как погода наладилась мы много времени проводили у моря, очень здорово купаться с пирса, дети с удовольствием играли на пляжу, при этом мы успевали участвовать в активностях, так как локации расположены достаточно близко друг к друг, стрейчинг, зумбу, аэробику проводили прямо на пляжу 👍🏽 С удовольствием поиграли в волейбол и падл. В снек баре отличная вкусная еда, можно не ходить основой буфет, если хочется остаться на море. Дети всегда просились в мини-клуб, так как там всегда найдутся интересные развлечения, дети очень довольны, спасибо за внимательное отношение и доброжелательность☺️ Желаем процветания отелю и большое спасибо за отдых!

We stayed at Numabay in October 2026. Unfortunately, we weren’t very lucky with the weather — 5 out of the 8 days had bad weather. However, the delicious and varied food, interesting activities, kids’ entertainment and attentive service made our holiday much more enjoyable.

There was a small misunderstanding with Guest Relations, which slightly affected our overall impression. But the animation team, including the kids’ animation team, definitely deserves a 10 out of 10 overall rating. They are such warm, wonderful people, and you can really feel their genuine kindness and positive attitude towards guests. They give 100% to make sure everyone’s holiday is fun and full of great experiences! ☺️

Once the weather improved, we spent a lot of time by the sea. Swimming from the pier was really enjoyable, and the children loved playing on the beach. At the same time, we were able to take part in various activities, as all the locations are quite close to each other. Stretching, Zumba and aerobics were held right on the beach 👍🏽 We also really enjoyed playing volleyball and padel. The snack bar serves excellent, delicious food, so there’s no need to go to the main buffet if you want to stay by the sea.

The children were always asking to go to the kids’ club, as there were always interesting activities for them. They were very happy! Thank you for the attentive and friendly attitude towards the children ☺️

We had an amazing stay at Numa Bay Exclusive! A special thank you to Djamil at the restaurant for his warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism. The service was excellent, and he always greeted us with a big smile. A big shout-out to Ghacem and the entire entertainment team for their energy, enthusiasm, and great activities. They made our stay even more enjoyable and unforgettable! Thank you to the whole team for making our holiday so special. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back again! 👏😊
