Friendly family hotel
Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at Numa Bay. Room was very spacious for our family and the best bit was the friendly staff. Special mention to Lauren, Victor and Brown for making our holiday such fun. You guys are a real credit to the hotel - I love how you care that your guests are having a good time and needs met. Would definitely return to this great hotel.

Disappointing Experience for a Special Celebration
We recently stayed at Numa Bay with a large group of friends and family to celebrate a 60th birthday, but unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The main reason for our trip was to mark this special milestone, but the hotel staff was completely unhelpful and inflexible. Upon arrival, we immediately requested a reservation at the à la carte restaurant to celebrate the birthday on the actual day. To our dismay, the staff failed to find a table for our group and offered us a slot only at the very end of our stay—several days after the birthday had already passed. For a hotel of this standard, we expected much better guest service and a willingness to accommodate special occasions, especially when notified at check-in. Failing to accommodate a major celebration that brought a large group to their resort ruined what should have been a memorable highlight of our holiday. I would not recommend this hotel if you are planning to celebrate a special occasion.
Huge disappointment with the service
We arrived at this hotel as a large family group of 11 with one primary goal: to celebrate a very special occasion, my mother's 60th birthday. Unfortunately, our stay was very dissatisfying due to the staff's complete unwillingness to accommodate us and their absolute lack of professionalism. Three days before the celebration, we approached the management requesting assistance to book a table at an A la Carte restaurant specifically for the evening of her birthday. Even though the hotel operates four different A la Carte restaurants, the staff not only failed to find a solution in any of them, but also showed zero initiative to help. Their only suggestions were to book a table on an entirely different day or to celebrate in the main restaurant/bar—the exact same place where we already dine every day alongside all the other guests. Having arrived as a party of 11 and giving advance notice about such an important event, we expected at least a baseline of flexibility, attention, and effort to find a compromise. Alas, we encountered nothing but rigid formalism and indifference. I do not recommend this hotel if you are planning to celebrate significant milestones or expect high-quality, guest-oriented service. To top it off, whenever we walked past the A la Carte restaurants, they never even appeared to be fully booked or at capacity. to russian

Couldn’t be more perfect
Lovely experience, the animation team was amazing especially Brown Gaston Alfonso Poison Bambi and Martin. Guest relations really made sure we happy shout out to Lauren Victor and Annabelle we can’t thank you all enough. Really gutted to be going home wish we could stay forever.

Huge Hotel
This hotel is huge. You will definitely get your steps in each day getting around the site.
It is awarded 5 stars due to the multiple amenities . There are plenty of food & drink choices from 7am until late in the evening. The choices are vast and varied and we had no issue with the quality. If you’re looking for British food, as a lot seem to do here, you need to question why you travel abroad to holiday. Expect to queue for everything in high season, but the staff work hard to keep the wait times low.
Kids are well catered for - ours were far from bored as older teenagers.
The pool areas are crowded and noisy, which is what some will enjoy. The beach is shingle & shallow. The pier areas are relaxing and less frenetic.
The staff work really hard. It’s a pity some guests just feel it’s then appropriate to leave disgusting mess about in general areas, and that includes the toilets. Room Housekeeping needs to be more consistent- sweeping, mopping in rooms and replenishing the mini bar both seem low on the daily list.
Dianna ,Lauren, Victor ,Anita and the guest relations team are invaluable. Let them know if you have an issue, they will resolve it ! We were allocated rooms below the category we had booked. Two days into the holiday we were moved to the rooms we had actually paid extra for, and did get compensated for the inconvenience by the hotel.
While there is plenty on offer, it’s just a bit too big for us, but you certainly do get bang for your buck here .
