Our stay at Granada Luxury Beach was simply perfect and exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcome. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind, professional, helpful, and always smiling. Their hospitality made us feel special throughout our entire holiday. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and spotlessly clean. Everything is maintained to the highest standard, and every corner reflects the care and dedication of the team. The food was absolutely delicious, with an amazing variety of fresh dishes, desserts, and drinks. Every meal was beautifully presented, and there was something for everyone. The entertainment was fantastic. There were plenty of activities and shows for both adults and children, so there was never a dull moment. In fact, there was so much to enjoy inside the hotel that we almost didn't want to leave to explore Alanya. We would especially like to thank the Guest Relations team and every employee who made our holiday so memorable. Their kindness and attention to every detail truly make this hotel exceptional. The Best Holiday We Have Ever Had!
Our stay at Granada Luxury Beach exceeded every expectation. Without a doubt, this was the best holiday we have ever had together.
From the very first moment, every member of the staff made us feel welcome. Everyone was friendly, professional, smiling and always ready to help. You can clearly see that the hotel is very well organised and that every department works together as one team.
The food was outstanding throughout our stay. Everything was fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. We honestly did not find a single dish that we didn't enjoy. A special thank you goes to Mert, who made us feel like VIP guests from the moment we arrived with his kindness and attention, and to Cesur Dalyan at the cocktail bar, whose positive energy, professionalism and friendliness made every visit a pleasure.
The entertainment programme was fantastic. The tribute bands, dancers and live performances were truly world-class and created an unforgettable atmosphere every evening.
We have already recommended this hotel to our family and friends, and we will continue to do so with great pleasure. Thank you to the entire Granada Luxury Beach team for creating such wonderful memories. We are already looking forward to coming back.

From the very first moment, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and professional staff, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. A very special thank you to Miriam at the coffee bar, who always greeted us with a smile and provided outstanding service. Her warmth and positive attitude made every visit even more enjoyable.
We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Umut in the main restaurant, who provided the best service we could have asked for. He was always attentive, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure guests had a wonderful experience. Staff members like him truly make a difference and contribute to unforgettable memories.
The entire hotel was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and all common areas were spotless and inviting. The food was also outstanding—delicious, varied, and with plenty of options to suit every taste every day.
What impressed us the most was the genuine care and kindness shown by all the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests had a wonderful holiday.
