Truly great holiday
We stayed at azura deluxe for one week and had a really lovely time.
Firstly the hotel itself is very well decorated making it feel truly luxury, and the rooms and facilities are cleansed to the highest standard. We were very happy with the quality of food in both the main restaurant and the a la carte, both of which offered a range of very nice options. For drinks there's a variety of bars so that you never have to travel too far for refreshments. The pizza and other day time snacks offered throughout the hotel were also very tasty.
The daytime pool entertainment was really good, the whole animation team are excellent but particularly Pablo and Esra who made us feel truly at home as English guests during our stay. We were amazed by the Moulin Rouge theme pier party which was great fun, however the external entertainment on the rest of the evenings wasn't quite as impressive.
All the staff were superbly attentive and friendly, making you feel welcome at all times and they always ensure you are well catered for.
Overall we had a really enjoyable yet relaxing stay, impressed mostly by the animation team and quality of the rooms and services within the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to families or anyone looking for a luxury week away!

À La Carte Restaurant Experience
A beautiful location with welcoming staff, especially Abuzer, who served us delicious meals as if we were part of Azura’s community itself. We highly recommend attending and spending an evening night with your friends or family over here, while immersing in an Italian culture with a beautiful view through the meals full of taste and love. Caesar salad was especially delicious and the deserts, with big portions and accompanied by the drinks of your choice. Classic music and warm lighting creates the atmosphere of an evening in an environment that leaves a lasting taste of joy and relaxation. Don’t be afraid to speak your language or it being a barrier to your dinner as guest relation especially spends time comforting you and accompanying you in case of any issue arising. We are especially grateful and thankful to Begimai from guest relation office who helped us throughout the process. Many thanks again to Azura hotel and its staff for welcoming us, a truly unforgettable evening!!
