This beautifully decorated hotel is situated in Antalya, Turkey. It as an amazing location since the beach is just a short walk away from the complex. The airport is about 50 minute-car ride away. Guests will be delighted by the numerous restaurants and bars that are in the surroundings, they can spend the day tasting new flavours or just having a refreshing drink in a bar. For the ones who like to explore, there are many places they can visit such as the Alanya Archaeological Museum, the Damlatas Cave and the Alanya Red Tower and are at a walking distance. If travellers want to relax, they can visit the onsite spa, rest by the outdoor pool or have a well needed swim in it. After an exhausting day having tons of fun, visitors can enjoy the comfortable rooms equipped with cosy beds and all the essential amenities they need to be able to have the best and most memorable stay.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
The hotel has several positive aspects. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, and the location is good, with the beach and the city centre within easy reach. The pool area was also pleasant.
However, there were three significant disappointments:
The bed was far too short. I am 193 cm tall, and the bed was approximately 185 cm long, making it impossible to sleep comfortably throughout our stay. The room was noticeably smaller and more basic than the impression given by the hotel's presentation and photographs. The breakfast offered only limited healthy options. Fresh fruit and other healthier choices were very limited.
Warm, welcoming staff, delicious and varied food, and clean, well-maintained rooms. This hotel is highly recommended.
We would especially like to praise the reception staff, Yunus and Tayfun, who were extremely kind, professional, and always ready to help.
Great location, everything is near. To the beach is only 3 min walk. Beach chair cost 100 liras, same was the umbrella. Same to the cable car, 3 min walk, witch I really recommend. Room was ok and clean. Food is the same every day, so we eat out from time to time. One day we had live music, if you want more entertainment you have to visit Xperia other hotel about 10 min walk. Next time I will take another hotel. Was not worth that money I spent on that. Wi-Fi in the room was totally crap. Only place to have ok Wi-Fi was in the lobby. Pool is in the shade and water was really cold. I never saw somebody using this pool area.
My husband and I have just returned from Xperia Grand Bali Hotel. Whilst this hotel is in an excellent location it is seriously let down by the food. The food was cold and there was definitely a lack of variety. This hotel does not cater for English visitors. We had to eat out the majority of the time which is disappointing when you have paid for all inclusive. The AI drinks are extremely disappointing too. You cannot have cocktails etc. we definitely didn’t get our monies worth. There are however some beautiful restaurants on the door step which was a blessing. The swimming pool is a big disappointment too. It is in a very shaded area and the whole week we were there we didn’t see one person in the pool. The beach however is fabulous and is a few minutes walk from the hotel. The beds and umbrella were 300 Turkish lira per day which we thought was reasonable. We did a boat trip whilst we were there which was brilliant and only 20 euros per person. Would highly recommend this trip. There are lots of shops and bars in the area, so choice of eating, drinking and shopping is great. The first room we were given smelt very strongly of cigarettes but we moved after the first night and the next one was much better. The room was clean and tidy albeit a bit dated. The shower was powerful and the air conditioning was great. The staff weren’t very friendly or approachable and did not make us feel welcome. I definitely would not rate this as a four star ( in my opinion). I would definitely go back to the beautiful resort of Alanya, but would not recommend this hotel for English travellers.
Perfect hotel with good location. Food is very nice, friendly staff, good room…. I hope I will came back here againe☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️
