Hotel was very clean lovely pool food was fantastic all the the staff was friendly especially mr surmelli he was a top guy Rooms was cleaned every day we had a fantastic time and definitely will be back
I have stayed in many hotels, and this holiday experience was just awful, first arriving at gone midnight and taken to our room, it wasn’t as the picture advertised, and only sea view was if you was to stand up on the balcony to see a bit of seaview, when sat down you just see trees and shops ☹️, secondly, which made it the most stressful for me for the 10 days I was there was trying to get my refund of £120 back from a loveholidays rep called Vural, who mis sold me a trip, I Never got my refund back, then had to pay out to another company for the private tour I originally wanted, they are pushy to sell you trips, quickly take your money, and if it’s the wrong thing they will not give your money back ☹️, My son was disappointed with the games room, 15 year old, so he got bored ☹️, there are No entertainers in the hotel ☹️, bar closes at 10pm, which it does state, but I thought you could then buy drinks after, but you can’t, all lights off by 9pm ☹️, had to pay a lot of extras like wi fi for 3 devices for 10 days, extra at the beach bar ☹️, I Never met any English ppl there to speak to, we just got funny looks at by all the foreign ppl staying, I just felt like we wasn’t wanted there ☹️, I was stressed for the whole holiday trying to get my refund back, so that was the worst really! Young reception guys, at least smiled 🙂, bar men friendly 🙂, one of the chefs was friendly, would smile and speak, which went along way, seeing as everyone else made us feel uncomfortable, food, not a big choice, but was tasty 🙂, highlights of my hols was the things we did away from hotel, and feeding all the little fur babies, cats 😁, I would sum this up by saying, not really for UK clientelle, stick with the big resorts, where they have more going on, and UK ppl! Waste of money for me this time, and very stressful 😩☹️😢
This hotel is much better than its 3-star rating suggests! The staff are genuinely friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The food is varied and tasty, with a great selection of salads, fresh fruit, grilled chicken and local dishes. Both my daughter and I found something we enjoyed at every meal.
The rooms were spotlessly clean. We stayed on the fifth floor with a partial sea view, and our room felt both modern and well maintained. The pool is quite small, but it is kept very clean.
The beach is located directly across the road from the hotel, and Alanya city centre is about a 30-minute walk away.
The only downside is that Wi-Fi is not included in the all-inclusive package. I think complimentary Wi-Fi would be a nice addition to an otherwise excellent stay.

Fantastic hotel, I really enjoyed my 10 days here. The staff really make this hotel as they are so nice. Location wise just across the road from the beach and with plenty of shops surrounding it. I would definitely come back.
We always look for an All Inclusive holiday at a hotel with its own beach. 1st - the negative. Although the hotel has an area of private beach, the All Inclusive package did not include use of sun loungers, beach towels, or food and drink at the beach bar, each of which incurred extra charge. Now - the positive. This hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff are delightful and although the buffet is small, the food was excellent quality and all meals were delicious. We would still recommend this hotel and hope to return in the future, but with a bigger spending budget and our own beach towels. Had the sun loungers been included in the All Inclusive package, we would be giving it a five star review, not four star
