Amazing food lovely rooms everything halal no pork which helps alot for Muslim family to great location to everything to shops and beach excellent customer service
14day holiday in oba but ended up staying for a month
Stayed in this amazing hotel in October 2024 for 2 weeks staff were amazing couldn't do enough to help you, it was my birthday on the 5th day out there and a card and macaroons were left for me very thoughtful, and to my surprise the manager helped my partner order and get delivered a lovely bouquet off roses for the morning at breakfast, food was delicious and plenty of variety same as breakfast, our room was cleaned as and when we asked by turning a lightswitch on on the wall right by the door switch it on before u leave it puts a indicator on outside the door then, only one thing bad i can say was I was unwell 1 day so stayed in the room while the other half went to clean car I had no light on to ask for a tidy but 2 housekeepers knocked door and let themselves in I said no tidy today but the older lady out of the 2 was very rude looking round room asking for money u give me cash u got notes give me money and she would not stop I politely said no and she laughed still asking so the young girl pulled her out of the room thats the only thing bad I can say, the entertainment was ok but the season was ending so we didnt expect much to be honest and we were always out and about anyway just outside the hotel there are loads of shops bars and restaurants if u fancied a change and every Tuesday and Thursday they have a out door market it is massive and plenty or bargains to be had, and if u wanted to pop on a bus or get a taxi to alanya about 10mins down the road plenty to see and do but I would recommend going to one of the restaurants on the castle hill stunning views of the harbour and the rest of alanya at night and the food was 10/10
Amazing 10 days stay
We arrived in Alanya , firstly the hotel is very accommodating, great selection of food & drinks , The guest relations manager Gulay is amazing , always very helpful in every aspect of our stay , no problems getting a sunbed as she will always make sure you can get one , entertainment very good , the maids are excellent our room was tidied every day , my birthday was whilst I was away and they delivered Turkish delight and a birthday card , outside of the hotel Melani restaurant is the best great food & the staff on another lever great we will be back 💯

The hotel is stunning and the entertainment is amazing. Our stay at this hotel was made very special by our guest relations manger Gulay she is so enthusiastic about our visit and loved to see the photos of our experience, make sure you get to know her because she is very knowledgeable about the greatest parts of alanya. Overall a wonderful stay

This hotel is absolutely lovely ! Such a good location with LOTS to do! The food, entertainment and overall stay has been amazing! And staff are very helpful and polite, will definitely want to come back to this hotel!
