Lovely clean hotel and the staff are great when you get to know them. Nice location with shops nearby and the beach across the road however can be dangerous as there is a concrete drop at the edge of the sea and quite a strong tide. Be careful! We had a fantastic time and the hotel was quiet and suited what we wanted. However, if there was a couple of things i would suggest. Some music around the pool to create an atmosphere, there are no snacks or ice creams etc between the set breakfast, dinner and evening meal only some small cakes and a coffee provided at 4pm. As we booked all inclusive we did expect some food e.g pizza, chips etc. as per all the other hotels we have stayed in. It would be good to include labelling on the food and more salad dressing as only oil and a sweet chilli type dressing which may not suit everyone. Chips and lunch/evening type dishes are served at breakfast which was strange and no butter for bread once breakfast was over. We had a room on the left of the building (lateral sea view) and it was a tiny balcony and you can only fit 2 chairs at a squeeze., although very clean and we liked the room. A small tip for anyone visiting the hotel is to keep the outside door open where the fridge is kept to enable air circulation and this will keep your fridge cold when drinks are stored. The only other thing to be mindful of is the transfer from Antalya airport. Its 2 and a half hours which is very long! Overall we had a great time and liked the smaller hotel!
Good location just across from the beach/sea and a walk into the main centre of Alanya. All the rooms have balconies and most have a side view towards the sea. The rooms are looked after really well by the staff and have everything you need. Quality of the food is good with plenty of choice every day. The staff team are great, friendly and welcoming and work very hard at making sure everything goes smoothly for the guests. Hotel has a pool with a bar and at the front a lovely bar area where you can sit and watch the world go by at your leisure. Definitely a good hotel and an excellent base for our lovely holiday.
The hotel is very cosy and the rooms are comfortable. It is situated on the Kleopatra Beach and you should only cross the road to get the beach. The stuff is very friendly and careful. I felt like being at home and l am looking forward to come back in September
Small Hotel with great seaview from the suites and easy access to beach across the road.It is very clean.Be aware that the rooms with partial seaview have a tiny balcony just room for 2 small chairs side by side and not really big enough for 2 people, those rooms are on the right side of the hotel as you approach the entrance also that side is completely overshadowed by hotel nextdoor and you can almost touch their balcony ,it is like been in a dark alley ,not sure if rooms on left are the same. The all inclusive is ok (just not to our taste) and plentyful but much of the same day after dayWhen we were there it was mostly eastern european guests no english speaking and food is more towards their taste. The bar had limited drinks included ,beer wine vodka whiskey gin but no option to buy a drink (me being a bacardi drinker) or cocktails but beach bar did lovely cocktails.IThe staff are very efficent but apart from one barman nobody would every smile or offer "good morning" "good evening"the beach boys were very nice friendly and attentive. Our suite was on level one but overlooked on the side by large lounge(which I later realised the upper level was not open lucky enough) but when we arrived the hotel was quiet and also empty suites the entire time we were there so I asked if I could be moved to higher floor but was not very helpful andI was told he would tell me tomorrow, Im still waiting,!!! A family member staying in a room asked if she could get a suite and got a very abrupt no,not even an option to upgrade for a fee ,I understand the requests may not have been possible but it was the rudeness it was met with. Not sure if it was just because we booked through a budget travel company. While we were there we had a terrible 24hr storm and could not leave the hotel and unfortunately the dining area was soo cold and so uncomfortable to eat in as most nights were chilly but I understand that in the heat of the summer it would be ideal jbut ust not for chilly windy evenings so bring an extra jumper. The pool is small but nice clean area and nice upper terrace . The hotel is a good distance out from Alanya but walkable if you like walking.Everything you need is beside you lots of shops ,and restaurants.First trip to Turkey will try somewhere else next time
All inclusive stay. The hotel is privately owned, not too big and with a good location. Suite (WC bidet was extra +) with marvelous sea view over Cleopatra beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) was very delicious and varied. We enjoyed our stay and we could certainly come back.
