Massage and Turkish bath at hotel
The hotel was clean and service really good , some of the staff need to smile more and the animation team more friendly chat to everyone not just people of there age entertainment could be better , and transfer really bad , massage amazing a lady named era is really good , taking her time and making you feel well relaxed, a really good idea of tunnel under the road to the beach

Beautiful hotel with truly amazing staff
Amazing location beautiful area right on the beach. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. The rooms are up to amazing standards and the views from the rooms are stunning. Great value for money you truly get what you pay for here from the actual service to the staff I couldn’t fault anything. The hotel in every area including the beach was clean I didn’t find an areas that showed me any cause for concern at all! Very peaceful area once in our room we couldn’t hear anything from other guests. The only time we heard noise was from the rain and 1 evening there was a live band/singer in the bar but that wasn’t a negative it meant we could enjoy the show from the comfort and privacy of our own balcony which was lovely. The amenities offered here are great for both couples, adults and families it really is great and there is something for everyone! My personal main point was guest relations staff member Özlem she helped me from even before my booking answering questions about accessibility and then once I had booked helping find suitable medical rental equipment. Then as this was a surprise holiday for my husband for our 15th wedding anniversary Özlem helped me plan a meal at the à la carte restaurant for our anniversary the food was delicious and we also had a cake, wine and balloons it was truly an unforgettable night that wouldn’t of happened without the help of Özlem. I am honestly truly thankful for all her kindness and help throughout the holiday.
Grand Kaptan is a great stay and great customer service
Mustafa was very welcoming and and incredibly helpful from the very start, would answer questions on anything he knew regarding the resort and will physically show you the way if your lost, he would give honest opinions on the surrounding bars and tell you his personal preference on what he would suggest to visit whilst also saying thats just his opinion and to still go experience yourself to see if you have a different experience.
The Grand Kaptan overall is a great stay, although the rooms can feel a little dated the bathrooms feel modern and clean with great modern tiling and furniture.
It really does feel quite big which gives you plenty of options
We had a great time
Went as a family of 4 for some winter sun. On arrival we were welcomed by friendly reception staff and as we were quite hungry on arrival we were allowed to go and get some food before completing the check in process. The hotel had everything you could ask for, private beach, pool with chutes, larger pool and a great selection of food and drinks. You can get food pretty much anytime of the day between the bars and main restaurant. My wife and I went for a Turkish bath/massage treatment at the onsite Turkish bath & Spa (Sandal) and it was well worth the visit (thanks to Nisa). We were here for the week, but wish we were here longer. I’d definitely return to this hotel.
