⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay at Grand Kaptan Hotel
We had a wonderful stay at Grand Kaptan Hotel in Alanya. The hotel offers excellent service, a beautiful atmosphere, and very friendly and helpful staff. Everything was well organized, and we felt very comfortable and welcome throughout our stay.
A special thank you goes to Aiman from the massage team. The massage was absolutely excellent and very professional. Aiman was attentive, skilled, and made the experience truly relaxing. The conditions and facilities were also excellent, clean, comfortable, and very pleasant.
We highly recommend the massage service, especially Aiman, and we would definitely come back again.

Food is very excellent, the massage from Era and Nisa is incredible, I can't even discribe it in words, how amazing their service was. Era and Nisa took care of us, their massage was just PERFECT! Two very sweet girls! I highly recommend them! The staff is very friendly, funny and helpful.

A great hotel for families with children and beyond. Clean hotel, friendly staff, delicious food, beautiful pools with waterslides, and free shuttles to and from Alania. The spa center is top-notch – we enjoyed a family spa ritual with massage – Eva, Aiman, and Lulu are the best!

Brilliant hotel
Guest relation ozlem was amazing help all holiday made our holiday ten times better with her help. Hotel was amazing and very clean the food was amazing and all staff had a warm welcome from the moment we arrived. I’ll definitely be back with my family next year!!
