Animation is so good, very nice service
Before I state my experience, I would like to say that if you particularly dislike cigarettes, it is recommended you do not stay here, as there are multiple smoking areas, and the lingering smell of ash and smoke was present in many locations. Throughout my stay in this hotel, the overall experience was quite average. The food was up to standard, although it could be improved by including more diverse variations of cultural foods instead of just featuring Turkish dishes (which some people may not prefer). During my stay, I noticed the restaurant offered foods such as chips and spaghetti - however, I found them a bit bland and with an off-taste. I believe the foods provided were not international enough. Another thing to consider were the desserts and drinks. The desserts were, in my opinion, exceptional. The presentation was very pleasant, and many of them tasted as good as they looked, but sometimes too sweet. In addition, the drinks were often provided in small, plastic cups, making it inconvenient when wanting to drink in larger portions without frequent refills. When I first entered my room, I must admit I was a bit disappointed. The AC wasn't very effective, and the shower area was too small. I also noted that the TV did not feature many programs. Another thing to take into account were the mixed feelings of the staff. Most of the staff I encountered were very polite and did their best to help me enjoy my stay, e.g. the security team and lifeguards. I really enjoyed the evening shows and the staff effort in consistently creating a lively atmosphere. Nevertheless, I discovered that the cleaning unit didn't entirely meet my expectations. Despite me pressing the cleaning room button after leaving, by the time I got back, the room was still not tidied. I recall a cleaning staff member walking in, perhaps to clean the room, so me and my family decided to relocate to the sofas and seats on the first floor so she could clean our room without any disturbance. We stayed out there for an hour at minimum. When we headed back up, we realised our room was, in fact, not cleaned at all - and to add to that, we also learned that the "Do Not Disturb" button was also pressed, though me and my family are sure we did not press it ourselves. As a final note, I would like to express my appreciation in the staff for feeding the stray cats.
