Situated in a magnificent frontline position in Puerto de Santiago on the west coast of Tenerife, the modern hotel boasts spectacular views over the impressive cliffs of Los Gigantes, the Atlantic Ocean and the island of La Gomera. Excellent hotel
I can highly recommend this hotel I stayed in a double room with my sister. Everything was fantastic although people should be aware that our room had an open plan bathroom. This may be ok for couples but I found it awkward. Also the toilet cubicle has frosted glass but the biggest problem was the size. The door hit the toilet and you had to squeeze in to shut the door. We are both only a size 14 so I really don't know how larger people cope. This hotel is also in a very quiet location in a hilly area, so for older people this might be a consideration. You can see by my scores that we still had a wonderful time but there may be a couple of my comments that people might like to know about before making a final decision

A truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, and the massage was excellent. The staff were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They even acknowledged my partner’s birthday, adding a thoughtful and memorable touch to our visit. Highly recommended!

Summer vacation
What a fantastic stay myself and my husband had in Barcelo Santiago in Tenerife. Lovely experience from start to finish for a first ever trip to the island .Everyone we met were just so friendly from the taxi men that brought us to a from the airport ,the staff in the hotel ,everyone in restaurants and shops along the strip I want to esp thank the gorgeous staff in Alfonsos cafe tapas and restaurant directly across from hotel .Definitely would recommend hotel and will be returning at some stage without a doubt .

Another wonderful holiday
Yet again Barceló Santiago gave us everything we expected for a fabulous holiday of 11nights. Can’t wait for our next stay there!!!
