Situated in a magnificent frontline position in Puerto de Santiago on the west coast of Tenerife, the modern hotel boasts spectacular views over the impressive cliffs of Los Gigantes, the Atlantic Ocean and the island of La Gomera. Restaurants and bars are just a few steps away. The international airport Tenerife South is at a distance of approximately 45 km from the hotel. Lovely clean hotel
Hotel is good, decor nice and fresh. Staff very helpful. Buffet food great selection, freshly cooked and plenty of choice. If you wish to sit outside you may have to queue but not for long. Gym is located just outside front of entrance, good selection of gear. Ask for a room fourth floor or higher otherwise you have obstructed views. Local pubs and restaurants under one min walk and supermarket to the right of hotel and few seconds away. Half way through our holiday now and have no problems apart from weather is very cloudy and no sun but temperature is nice. Trying the spa tomorrow.

Not what it was
Just back from our 4th visit…not sure we will go again. This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. Since our first visit we have noticed lots of small cuts that are really affecting our enjoyment. I understand that the world economy is making business very difficult, but too many cuts are causing problems The entertainment was very repetitive, and not as professional as in the past The Breeze bar is the only bar all day and always very busy, even to get water you had to queue The staff were very variable Noel and Marina were always very smiley, but some of the others ….. The rooms and cleanliness is still very good

Gluten Free food - very poor
The hotel and entertainment were good but the GLUTEN FREE options in the restaurant were awful. We found the labelling in the restaurant indicating a dish/dessert was gluten free was not correct. I pointed this out to the chef but nothing changed. I was only able to have gluten free white toast twice in a week, there wasn’t a toaster at the beginning of the week, the cook frying eggs offered to toast it on his station. After making the hotel aware of my disappointment the customer service sent me the menu for an evening meal asking me to choose. Garlic chicken, potatoes and veg would be nice, I received a plate of three dried chicken drumsticks (couldn’t taste the garlic) potatoes and veg, no gravy. Another night after having the meal, I asked if I could have a gluten free cake, it took over 30 minutes to arrive. I was presented with undercooked chicken and meat. The main chef for the rest of the holiday ignored me when I was in the restaurant for the rest of the holiday. I am fully aware of what I can eat and can’t, but unfortunately I trusted the labelling of dishes, consequently having a reaction on holiday and feeling very uncomfortable. The chef on the cakes/desserts was very uncertain of gluten free options. One night there was no labelling at all on this section. Not a good holiday.

Fabulous hotel!!
Stunning hotel overlooking the sea. Very spacious grounds without feeling it was massive. Great seaview/mountain view room. Plenty of sunbeds. Fantastic friendly staff, always laughing, chatty & smiling. Great freshly made cocktails, Cruzcampo on draft & premium spirits. So much choice at mealtimes, so many 'show cooking' areas. First visit, definitely not the last.
