A family-friendly hotel is a 3-minute walk away from the nearest beach, it's a great spot for families seeking sea and sunshine. Playa Martianez Beach is nearby, as well as the stunning Orotava Botanical Gardens. The hotel offers beautiful views of the sea and Tenerife's iconic Mount Teide volcano from its sun terrace and garden. A swimming pool offers a place to cool off from the sun, while the designated kids' pool allows the little ones to splash around. The onsite restaurant offers a variety of buffet style meals. Additionally, the hotel has a snack bar for lighter bites and a drinks bar where to relax with a couple of drinks. Rooms are spacious and bright, featuring all the needed amenities to have a comfortable and pleasant stay.

A great hotel
My wife and I stayed here for a week on a bed and breakfast basis. We loved the location as it was surrounded by small restaurrants, cafes and shops, and a walk downhill to the town was both spectacular and very enjoyable - we always took a taxi back from the town though! The hotel had a great atmosphere made in the main by the excellent staff who were efficient, friendly and very hard-working! The hotel was extremely clean throughout, and our room was cleaned to perfection every single day, with towels being changed whenever we requested it. Breakfast was really very good with a great range of foods and fruits to suit all the guests. We loved the swimming pool bar and would sit there after a busy day out for a quiet drink before heading out again in the evening. We do though have a couple of gripes. #1 There was no air-conditioning in our room. #2 The room fan supplied was one of these tower fans which proved almost totally useless - it should have had a had a normal fan. However, they were the only things that annoyed us, we nevertheless both thought that it was great value for monay all round, and that we had landed on out feet because of its great location.

Lovely
I have just returned yesterday i thought the hotel was chilled and relaxing. The rooms very clean they are cleaned everyday , the food is very repetitive but when we said the manager from the hotel came down and there and then got chef to make us pizza and told if we would like something just report to reception day before and it would be made for us he was lovely and couldn’t believe we could do that . The entertainment personally the should have more in English . The staff Julia and Lucas where amazing lovely people all staff were nice but these stood out the most x

An absolute gem!!
We came here last November and loved it so much we booked immediately to come back in May. It’s a little gem of a hotel, a little tatty around the edges but spotlessly clean and the staff are absolutely fantastic, and work all the hours that god sends. From the minute we checked in Sergio on reception welcomed us back and gave us the most beautiful room. We were amazed how many staff remembered us, hopefully for the right reasons! Fabio was tireless keeping everyone happy with his entertainment and exercise programmes, although absolutely no pressure to take part in anything. We became addicted to the after dinner bingo, despite not quite the age demographic of the hotel. Thankfully the hotel guests are primarily Spanish pensioners, it’s actually a relief to escape any embarrassing Brits abroad. We did struggle with the language a bit, but we did our best and they were lovely. Pool area is quite small but the garden is beautifully maintained. They have added LED’s around the pool at night, but think they may have been better suited to a football stadium and perhaps a softer light may have been more suitable. Great location, elevated above the beach and crowds. Plenty of little shops, bars and restaurants surrounding the hotel, if you fancy a change or you can walk down the colourful Agatha Christie steps down to the main strip…not for the faint hearted on the way back up. There is also a gorgeous Lido in Puerto de la Cruz if you fancy a bit more space occasionally and only €7 entrance fee and all food and drinks all reasonably priced. This time we went to Loro Parque and that amazing. I’m not into zoos particularly but this one was out of this World. We went to the Killer Whale show and we were absolutely drenched by the Orcas and the dolphin show was incredibly moving…they clearly LOVE their trainers and they are so well looked after. Before I stop rambling, I’d just like to mention the hardworking and hilarious Zeb (a absolute perfectionist with his Canarian coffees) and Julia and Luis Garcia, in the restaurant. Lucas for attempting to teach us Spanish and making the best Sangrias and Pina Coladas ever…and Santiago for being a nutter. Perfect staff, an absolute diamond in the rough and I hope we can afford to go back soon. I just hope I don’t make it too popular :-)
