This beautiful hotel is located in northern Tenerife, on the coastal town of Puerto de la Cruz. The airport is about 25 minutes' drive away. It is just a short stroll from the heart of Puerto de la Cruz, a charming fishing town where guests can soak in the Canarian atmosphere and let themselves be delighted by the local gastronomy. The sea front promenade is lined with a wide variety of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Around the pool area, visitors can find a bar which offers snacks and drinks, an outdoor pool and a terrace with comfortable sun loungers. The elegant rooms come with all the necessary amenities to have a pleasant stay. Only Adults hotel, minimum age 16.

Great for relaxation staff were polite and helpful only two negative points was no kettle in room and no air con in the lounge, but still a great place to visit.
Fantastic hotel.
Fantastic hotel. The food, staff and setting are amazing. If you want a quiet. Relaxing break with some good fun activities then I would highly recommend this hotel.
Great hotel!
This was my second visit to the hotel. The first time I visited solo and brought along my parents this time - who loved it. The hotel is great. It’s really well maintained, pool and gardens are lovely. Always sunbeds available.
The hotel is very peaceful and perfect for relaxation. The staff are all brilliant, very friendly and helpful.
Food at the restaurant is delicious. I have a gluten intolerance which was well catered for; they had a separate menu you could order items from.
Only negatives are that you have to pay for the room safe and that the gym is only open from 8am. It would be good if they could open it earlier so you can workout before it gets too hot as it didn’t seem to have A/C.

Clean, relaxing, quiet hotel, lovely location with friendly staff
Lovely clean hotel, friendly staff and good choice of food (all inclusive). Peaceful location if you are needing some rest and relaxation but not too far to walk to the town or get the free bus if you want a change of scenery.

Great hotel, highly recommended.
Great hotel with lovely rooms, very helpful staff, great food, and nice amenities. Unfortunately I was only there overnight so didn’t get to make the most of everything on offer, but what I saw looked top class.
Because of the rushed nature of my trip, I left a couple of items in the room in my early rush to the airport the next morning, but the staff were extremely helpful and arranged to have them posted back to my home address. Much appreciated.
