If I could give this hotel a minus 50 I would and that would be generous. First they tried to kill me with Bananas, and who on earth only puts Bananas in a fruit bowl. I could not stand the smell so I took them back down to reception, who were not interested in why I had done so, they even turned their back on me when I tried to explain. Then the bar restaurant fails to suitably explain that the kitchen closes at 4pm and insist that you order a Pizza or nothing, so if you do not look at the menu you have no way of knowing. The person I ordered my Sangria with pretended I had not ordered the Berger I had asked for and just served my drink in the rudest fashion. There was a small insect in my Sangria but by this time, I just drank the thing and told them about the insect after. There is a blond bar maid who then ranted that I had been attempting to get special treatment and out of paying for my drink. Then the so called Bar manager turned up, grabbed the straw and dug about in the cheap tinned fruit in my glass demanding to know where the insect was. What they did not realise is that I understand a bit of Spanish so they were gratuitously insulting about me. Oh the glossy image on their website of a sculpted Melon was either for a set photo, shoot, or stolen from the website of another hotel because the only fruit on offer was seriously cheap insipid looking tinned fruit salad. Oh God I I did not realise food could taste so bad and fowl, the poor young chefs need to leave and work for a more reputable establishment if they ever want to flourish in their chosen profession. This is the good bits, the list just goes on and on, 98% of the staff need to be given the sack on account of their behaviour, and how they treated me. This hotel is primarily for Spanish people and Germans tolerated and English people hated, I kept coming across English people being berated
Really disappointed. Arrived late at night and was in a single room as requested . The room stank of damp making my clothes smell and was situated next to a very busy road ,which led to no sleep all night . I got allocated another room but had to pay for it , which was an acceptable room , but at best the hotel was a three star if not a two star . The staff were unhelpful but I think their hands were tied by the management . Tui who went with couldn t have cared less and just said their staff didn t work on a Sunday and it was booked through a third party . I wouldn t recommend anyone to go to this hotel especially if you are booking a single room which are all situated next to a busy road , badly situated, poor food and poor value for money .
This hotel is stunning. The guests were international and of all ages. The staff are wonderful. The hotel has a lovely welcoming feeling. It is about 10-15 minutes walk down hill to the small shopping area and a 5 minute taxi back up. Taxis are reasonable at around €5. There's a small supermarket two streets away, 2 minute walk. A lovely relaxing hotel. Lots of amenities such as spa, gym, tennis court to name a few. The pool and gardens are beautiful and well looked after.
This was our fourth stay, and it was lovely to see so many familiar faces again – Jesus at reception, the bartenders, and the restaurant staff. It's great to see that the same people are still working here, always smiling, friendly, and helpful.
We also noticed some nice improvements since our last stay. The rooms have been updated, but the biggest changes were on the rooftop terrace, with fresh paint and new, much more comfortable sunbeds. We also met some lovely guests up there! :)
The pool area and gardens are beautifully maintained and very clean. And, as always, no sunbed reserving, which we really appreciate!
We will definitely be back next October, if not sooner. Already looking forward to our next visit!
Don’t go here. Staff is really rude, the food is terrible and there is no airconditioning. I ask the staff to fix it. Nothing happened.
Real bad experience
