Another great stay
Checked in to the Catalonia Las Vegas after midnight. Initially allocated a very small room with balcony on arrival. Consulted reception in the morning and they very kindly realocated us to a much bigger room at a higher level. Thank you to the excellent Lydia on reception who efficiently got us transferred to a much nicer room. Great location, and the half board option was first class with plenty of choice. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Beautiful
Stayed for 11 nights in room 614 had another amazing stay , stayed here many times beautiful view of lidos , immaculately clean , food was lovely plenty of choice , staff mainly very friendly but some I think it was just there english wasn't very good , will definitely be back again thank you for the bottle of cava for our wedding anniversary xx

First time in Tenerife…. Brilliant!
Hola, I can only describe our holiday as fantastic. The hotel was beautiful with everything you could wish for, the food was amazing and the staff were so friendly and courteous especially Virginia on the main desk, on our first night we were in a lovely double room overlooking the sea but unfortunately the music was a little loud for us and so we asked Virginia on the desk if we could possibly move to a quieter room, without hesitation she gave us keys to a more suitable room overlooking the swimming pool and then the following day checked that we were totally happy. Fantastic service and would highly recommend.

We have just had a fab week in the Catalonia Las Vegas. This was our third stay and we will definitely be back next year. The location is excellent, the hotel is adults only which is also a plus. The rooms are a little dated but absolutely spotless. The pool area is very well kept. We stayed on a full board basis and the food is excellent, really fresh. What makes the hotel for me is the staff. They are all really helpful and friendly. The staff are reception made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped in the door. The staff in the restaurant and bar are very obliging and friendly. We will be back in 2027 (room 609).
