Amazing holiday
Absolutely amazing hotel very clean and very hospitable, staff very friendly ,rooms always clean and tidy every morning . Food was not always appealing to the British person but over all ok at times thsnku so much for a fantastic holiday ,pool was amazing
Highly recommended
Beautiful location slightly away from the bustle of the centre of Puerto Cruz but a short taxi ride. Stunning views of the sea and mountains. Super friendly staff and exceptionally clean hotel. Use of facilities in both BLUESEA hotels welcomed. Food beautiful always something tasty to eat for all of the family. Would highly recommend and would definitely return.
Not impressed
Took 3 hours to arrive to hotel from the airport. The journey should of took an hour n 30 mins. (using a transfer company arranged with the hotel which they denied being part of). On arrival we were told the hotel we payed for was fully booked, and we were put into a sister hotel and had to walk to another hotel for breakfast / lunch and to use the pool everyday. Once we were in the room the first thing we checked was air conditioning. It was broken, I went to reception and was given a very cheap fan and told to come back to reception tomorrow for another room with air conditioning. Next day we were told they couldn't give us a new room. We spent 7 days sleeping in an extremely hot room. We aslo heard quite a few other guests complian about air conditioning and were just told nothing they can do as all rooms were booked. The food is absolutely awful, it has given me a bad a stomach and spent money of our money eating out. The same choices everyday. The food is very cheaply made (all frozen) and there wasn't much options either. The entertainment catered for children all day and then even the night time. The adults got an hour of entertainment. Children shouldn't be catered for after a certain time its unfair for the adults. The only thing we are impressed with was the travel/extertion company for our trips out around tenerife.
Amazing hotel, clean and helpful
My disabled wife and I stayed at this hotel. She's a part time wheelchair user and the staff bent over backwards to help her anyway they could.
The staff here are amazing, the animation team are great and the food was really good! Lots of options in the buffet!
The hotel itself is very clean and couldn't fault it!
