The hotel is located in the northern side of Tenerife Island, in a quiet urbanisation just 2 km from the centre of Puerto de la Cruz and the artificial lake Martianez, very close to the Botanical Garden. The airport is about 25 minutes’ drive away. In the property, guests will find a swimming pool with slides, pool sunbeds and playground for younger guests making the perfect option for families with children as well as couples enjoying their honeymoon. The buffet restaurant offers delicious food along with a wonderful atmosphere. To rest and relax, there is the magnificent spa and wellness area. The bright and comfortable rooms are equipped with all the amenities visitors need to have a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Great stay
Firstly we had a great stay at this hotel, there are some bad reviews on here which are not fair. If all you want to do is pick holes then you will find the same problems at all hotels. Yes this hotel needs a furniture upgrade but the beds are comfy and our room was cleaned every day. Staff are all helpful and polite, food is lovely, plentiful and various (probably a stone heavier now lol). Will definitely go back in the future

Too far away from resort. Atmosphere is a zero from me.. Rude staff.. Rubbish entertainment. Food was great..
Horrid
I paid a €30 cash deposit for three pool towels, but when I returned them, the hotel had no record of my payment and treated me as though I was dishonest. It is not stated anywhere online that cash is required for deposits on towels and cups, nor should guests have to keep records of every transaction to protect themselves from staff errors. The hotel’s poor procedures and unacceptable customer service ruined the end of our stay
Rubbish hotel
The location was absolutely terrible no access to a beach the staff I felt really rude and my gf slipped in the diner getting something to eat didn’t know at the time she broke 2 bones in her arm didn’t ask if she was ok nothing worse experience I have to say they definitely don’t deserve 4 and a half stars they need lessons in dealing and understanding the public
