The nearest bus stop is just 5 minutes' walk (a quarter mile) away. It is about 15 miles to the nearest airport, Tenerife - Norte-Los Rodeos (TFN), and Tenerife - Sur-Reina Sofia (TFS) is around 55 miles away. The hotel was modernized in 2021. Guests have a choice of 202 suites. The reception desk is open around the clock. To ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay, the hotel provides. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Situated on the north coast at Puerto de La Cruz, just 400 metres from Playa Jardin Beach, this hotel is close to the old part of the town which still retains an atmosphere of Spanish colonial charm.

Relaxing break.
We found the hotel to be very relaxing. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping very good. Entertainment was good on the nights we saw. The food was good with plenty of choice and good quality, however it could have done with being a bit hotter temperature wise. Pool area was very relaxing. We were all inclusive and on the day of checkout (12 noon) we were advised that our all inclusive had finished so from then on had to pay for drinks etc, our pick up was 17-45. Never experienced this before. The hotel offer a shuttle bus to beach area but failed to do so on 2 days. Overall a good holiday experience and if you want a relaxing holiday then I would give this hotel consideration.
Great break
Beautiful location with stunning views. Friendly helpful staff and lovely clean rooms. Food selection at lunch was limited but good quality and tasty. Dinner options and themed night were great.

This hotel was better than I expected. First impression was wow, lovely looking hotel. The check-in staff were helpful and was keen for us to get a chance to have time to have dinner before it closed.
The hotel room was probably one of the best I've seen in a while. It was very modern, clean and smelled clean too.
The food was good. Not mind blowing but there was good variety every day. I was impressed by the selection of bread too.
The drinks were not great. I am a coffee girl, and the coffee was un-drinkable. The cocktails were too sweet and not all of them was included in the All Inclusive. I would not be happy to have paid for that kind of quaility cocktail. Though beer was good, and white wine was OK.
The pool area was quiet in the mornings. The music doesn't turn on until 11am, and I think it should be earlier than this. The atmosphere wasn't too great but then again, we wanted a relaxed few days. There was also a lot of drain smell around the pool. I would also like to add the music choice around the pool (and in the evenings) were terrible.
The entertainment was OK. I think even if a sell out artist was there, the hotel guests wouldn't even whoop and holla then. Tough crowd indeed.
Staff were friendly enough and the cleaners were always making an effort to say hello.
Would I come back? No. But, still a lovely stay overall and it did the job as I just wanted a few days eating, drinking and sunbathing.

Great holiday,
We had a great holiday, location was very good, staff were great, room, facilities and breakfast. We would come back again for sure.
Perfect
I read the reviews and it left me a bit sceptical, we have just completed a week all inclusive. And I have the following to say: Location: built into a steep mountain bank, on a hill, access to the town and beech via a path at the rear, no problems walking down, however harder coming back depending on fitness levels, we did it twice, plenty of taxis for about 5 euros to bring you back and in the day a free shuttle bus from outside the hotel. Hotel: On arrival at 23:30 reception check in was smooth and easy, The hotel had plated us up a cold buffet meal with fruit and water, down in the restaurant, which I though was a nice touch !! Our room was large spacious and located on the 8th floor, perfect for the two of us, room cleaned every day. Food: Despite many complaints about food being tepid and bland, we personally found the opposite, plenty of choice, with a good selection, you won’t starve. I have been on some all inclusive where there is too much choice and you end up eating for the sake of it. Here I found it just enough choice. There’s a pool snack bar also serving good snacks before and after the main restaurant is closed. Drinks are the usual all inclusive standard they do a cocktail of the day, beer tasted fine and not watered down. Pool: This is a bit small for the size of the hotel, however we never struggled to get a bed or seating around the pool. There is a slight sewage smell which you occasionally smell in the morning, but no different to other hotels we went past whilst out walking. This hotel is perfect if you want to unplug for the week and relax. I do recommend a trip to Loro Parque, which we did, about a 15 min walk from the hotel, and a short taxi ride back.
