Situated on the north coast at Puerto de La Cruz, just 400 metres from Playa Jardin Beach, this hotel is close to the old part of the town which still retains an atmosphere of Spanish colonial charm.

Excellent stay with good food and rooms
Booked as a last minute trip. Hotel is at the top of a hill away from the hustle and bustle of the town and is incredibly peaceful. Shuttle bus runs into town at multiple times, I recommend it as the walk down and up the hill can get tough.
Hotel itself is clean and mostly well presented. The hall ways that you have to walk through to get from room to restaurant to bar to pool are long and could do with some paint as well as some decor. We had an issue with a room that had very damp smell and a leak in the bathroom but this was handled extremely well by reception. The new room we were moved too was great though again a little bare.
The buffet restaurant was great. None of the food disappointed and I found there was plenty of variety. For those who aren’t adventurous eaters the pizza was incredible and there every night. Show cooking was good but not always clear what they were serving until you asked.
Pool and terrace were lovely. Limited sun beds as the terrace it self is limited by its size. The pool is large and the pool bar has a wide range of drinks on offer. Pool snacks were good and service was speedy.
It’ll definitely be on the list for somewhere to return too for a quieter escape to Tenerife.
Lovely area shame bout hotel
Do not go if you have mobility issues,not just the steep hill it sits on which is a challenge for any fit person .my partner has tremors and had bad water retention from flight on feet ,everything is on a different level ,foods terrible believe the reviews we upgraded and were all inclusive they don’t tell you theres different times and rules when where you can eat unless paying.they stop serving all inclusive guests earlier than bar close and although says pool bar open 11-6 can only get food when buffets closed .staff all look like they don’t want to be there and treat paying spanish customers very different to other nationalities om all inclusive pack we noticed we loved the area though only bonus is the view
Great time!
Lovely hotel, very well looked after, just what we needed. We had a room over looking the teide mountain. It was stunning. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was lovely with great staff. Housekeeping in particular was great. So clean and tidy. Thank you for a relaxing 5-night holiday!
Amazing hotel, staff and location
This was my 5th year at this hotel. I enjoyed my stay; the staff is very nice, I feel safe and looked after, nice and quiet. Food quality however got worse since 2024; it's not that Spanish quality and so much variety unfortunately. Is more American food mainly, unfortunately, especially this year. Consider not having all-inclusive anymore next year because of the food quality.
